The gentleman quoted me a really fair price for both. He also made me feel comfortable in the shop as I waited for him to repair. I will definitely recommend to others, their service is top notch. I looked at the reviews, gave them a call and walked over from my office. My phone is a generation 1 so a new screen needed to be ordered. I was able to pick my watch up the following day. Fast forward about two weeks and I notice my watch was dimmer and as I began to touch the screen was loose. The screen appeared to need better adhesive because the screen was off of the face of the watch. I took my watch back to Fix UR Gadget and after analysis I was told there was corrosion on the interior mechanism of my watch that they don't repair. The corrosion was believed to be caused by moisture.... so the screen was replaced but not secured properly and moisture apparently got inside of the watch and now it's on me??? Thanks Guys

My iPhone4 screen shattered after one too many drops, so I figured I could go to the Verizon store to talk about an upgrade to the 5. They laughed and told me to pay the $549 or come back in April of 2014. Awesome...no advice or help at all! So after I found this store, I dropped off my poor, broken phone. The tech was super friendly and explained what he would do, warning me that if the phone had been exposed to water sometimes it doesn't behave when they try to bring it back to life. I accepted, paid $75 for new glass and a new screen, and was told to come back in an hour. I finished my errand early and came back within 45 minutes - the phone was done! It looks brand new and works beautifully. Really pleased with the service and the quality; the tech was amazing! Too bad I didn't get his name to tell people what a good job he did. The negative - there is no sign off of 1960 telling you where this place is, and it's a tiny building, so if you don't know what to look for, keep your eyes peeled for a little orange building with no road sign. :)

The gentleman arrived, fixed the lens and mentioned that there would be glue that I'd need to clean off after 3 or so hours. 3 hours turns into a week with the glue not wiping off AND the camera constantly having a blur/smudge look to the pictures. I contacted the company and was informed someone would be sent to repair it. After reaching out multiple times (and having the times unprofessionally changed multiple times) he finally arrived back at our home to basically say that it's not the lens but it's the camera that cracked (although he made no mention of this and I had shared picture quality after he fixed it). The gentleman then goes on to say "well you can go to Apple and pay $300" and "I'll send you $30" back when I definitely paid more than that. Before I get to the sound issue; I was quoted one price of $135 and then picked up my iPad and was told $165 + tax. Ok paid that, despite being told wrong information. Noticed after the charging port was replaced, the sound was muffled and I called them the next day and they said they would look at it. The following day they said nothing was wrong with the sound but would cost $65 to diagnose the issue that was not present when I brought my iPad there. Now the sound does not even come out of the iPad. I still have to go to Apple now to get this issue resolved. COMPLETE SCAM
