Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan). Lo and behold, that's what it was, and he knew so before he got here. He had the new fan on his hand when he rang the doorbell. Another nice thing is that he cleaned all the gunk out of the chill cabinet before replacing shelves and contents. All in all Jacob was here for maybe 20 minutes! He answered our questions plus a few tips for best usage and upkeep. He also indicated that otherwise our fridge was running well and normally. I truly am edified by how quick, courteous and efficient Jacob is: especially for being a younger fellow. As usual, I give Jacob as enthusiastic a rating as I can muster. I highly recommend him for troubleshooting and fixing your home appliances if you don't wanna just run out and buy new.

He was straightforward about the cost of a replacement part & associated labor and recommended putting that money towards a new dishwasher instead (mine is over 10 years old). He let me know they do dishwasher installations if I got a replacement. I will definitely use Apex in the future and will recommend the company to neighbors and friends.

I decided on Appliance Doctor Pro after finding them on Yelp and Google and I truly wish I never…read moreheard or called Appliance Doctor Pro for service. The technician, Ismayil, did not properly diagnose the problem and came to a conclusion after spending 2 minutes behind the refrigerator. He said the problem was low freon. When I inquired how did he come to this conclusion and how do he know if its not something else, he acted as if he could not speak English. He refused to leave the house until he received the $79. for the diagnose fee despite he was not able to fix the problem of low freon because he didn't have any. I called the headquarter office and spoke with Jacob and shared my fears. I paid and he stated he would return later that day. A few hours later, Ismayil returned with freon and added it to the refrigerator. During this time, I noticed as he was adding freon the refrigerator was making loud violent noises which it was not making prior to him working on the refrigerator. I asked him why the system is making this noise and Ismayil response was its the system receiving the freon and it will go away as the refrigerator starts to cool. This was around 5:59 pm. It is now 7:20 am and the refrigerator has not cold to normal operating standards, and in fact is warmer. The system is still making loud noise as well, which it was not during until Ismayil started working on the system. I'm now out of $300+ dollars and most likely will have to but a new refrigerator due to the damage caused by this company. I wish I never called these people. Do not contact them as their staff are unprofessional, rude, poorly trained, incompetent, liars.

My refrigerator is still not getting cold and the freezer is not freezing, despite the technician stating the problem was resolved. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I have now had multiple appointments scheduled with a 3 hour service window, and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. I rearranged my day more than once just to sit and wait for a technician who never came. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. I do not understand how this company has positive reviews on google, when based on my experience they are the worse. I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved, and instead I have been ignored. I am now pursuing further action to recover my money. If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Mr. Rogers Appliance service & was referred to Quality Appliance…read moreService. The issue was the washing machine made a HORRID squeaking sound and seemed to make way too much noise while agitating. And the dryer was extremely loud no matter what I did. The staff was accommodating and polite when I called to make the appointment. When Dan arrived, I asked him to put on booties, which he didn't have, as we don't walk with 'outdoor shoes' inside (I have a baby who walks and crawls and puts everything in her mouth lol.) He suggested if I had any plastic bags (like old Publix bags) he could tie those over his shoes. Which worked PERFECTLY! And I truly appreciated his suggestion and flexibility with that. I explained the problems to him and showed him the videos I took to document it for the rental company (it isn't our home or appliances.) Dan almost immediately said that he bet the issue with the washer was a "known" issue with this particular make and model and when he input the information into his tablet and looked it up he was right on the money. The other company had "no idea" what could possibly be wrong but was going to order parts anyway. Dan knew the issue, said he had the parts with him and could fix it right away. He also checked the dryer and he said unfortunately due to the make/model and it being a front loader there wasn't really anything we could do about the noise except to put a mat or rug under the dryer to help buffer the sound. But he did try to do several things to adjust the dryer and see if he could help with the noise. I see that others had HORRIBLE experiences with Quality Appliance, and I can't speak for them but Dan solved my issues on ONE trip, was professional, courteous and didn't leave a mess like the morons at Mr. Rogers did. I highly recommend him, as again I can't speak for the other repair folks, but I felt he was honest and knew his stuff. And he fixed it in one visit. That made all the difference to me!

When Eric initially called he explained how to go through diagnostic procedures that could very well take care of my problem totally free of charge. Sadly, this didn't fix the problem but gave Eric enough information to follow through with even more free advice. He actually came to our house to verify that I had done all I could. While he offered to find the parts & fix the Samsung washer, he indicated that this would not be my best option moving forward due to prohibitive part costs & other related concerns. He took the time to research an identical model (mine was a custom color) which would get me back online, but would still leave me with a unit that is prone to problems. So, Eric & Freedom Appliance could have easily talked me into a costly repair but instead gave me good advice (in my own home) where they didn't make a dime. In that I had already had problems with my Samsung dryer & any replacement other than an identical washer would not match, Eric suggested appliances that he knew would hold up, which again, he didn't make a dime on. He even suggested that I get full warranties on my new appliances, once more, leaving him with no option to make a dime on me. I offered to pay for a service call but he declined. This was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. While I don't look forward to any further appliance issues, Freedom Appliance will always be my first call if I am in a bind. Thank you Eric & Freedom Appliance! You're the greatest!!!
