Our freezer was not working because we had accidentally not closed the freezer drawer all the way shut. Jerome, our SubZero/Wolf technician, was outstanding. He was very thorough and very polite. Overall, Jerome was outstanding! read more

Jacob is the best technician! He has taken very good care of all our wolf appliances for years. We highly recommend Jacob. 5 star rating

Arrogant. Inflexible. Exorbitant. Had to redo a repair in Fort Lauderdale for refrigerant leak they had done only five years earlier. One month beyond the warranty period. Also they grossly overcharge for their time. The repair labor cost was well north of $1,300. The sole worker finished the relatively mindless installation of a new freon-charged compressor in less than 90 minutes. Even allowing for the payment of travel time, the hourly rate is insane. Do the math. read more

Excellent company and service Tech. We will only use this company for our treasured appliances.

Great technician, Anson Godfrey, on time, reliable, professional, thanks for helping in all our needs with the SubZero brand.

George came to fix my freezer. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable! He was also very careful to keep everything clean while he worked. I felt it was a good value. And I would use him again! read more

The best appliance services providers in South Florida. High End Service (HES) has performed work for me on several of my projects throughout the years and they have always gone above and beyond. HES is professional from the moment you begin a request, following up with emails, schedule appointments, status updates, and appropriate notifications, etc. They are professionals. They are on time for appointments or notify of delays. They take pride in their work. They are knowledgeable about their craft. They are courteous, respectful and a delight to work with. They protect their work and your home. I only wish more companies in South Florida operated like them. Robert and Jerome did a great job servicing my Wolf and Subzero appliances and would be my first choice for service in the future. read more

Replacement of SubZero freezer door gasket. Technician was polite, knowledgeable, and good communicator. Price was a bit steep, but a job seemingly done well. read more

This is the only service that was recommended for our subzero and wolf products. I needed our fridge to be serviced and the technician ordered the wrong parts - so I had to wait for him to come back. I showed him that my steam oven light was out, and he said I needed to open a new service ticket, pay the obligatory fee associated with that and that the entire oven would need to be taken out as the new bulb could only be put in from the side. So I opened a new ticket and then never heard back. Called to check a few months later and the customer service lady sent a new technician out - who was a lot more knowledgeable and professional than the first one! Come to learn that the bulb could be changed from inside the oven, I could have saved 450$. All the company had to say to this was "completely understand your frustration". Will not use again, I'm sure there are other options and I will do better research next time. read more

We have used High End Service for maintenance of our SubZero Over and Under Fridge/Freezer and have been very happy. Brad was knowledgeable, on-time, clean and efficient. I would definitely use High End Service again and would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs of their SubZero appliance. read more

This is my second time using High End Service and Brandon Evereteze was my technician both times. He was out this time for a recall on my Cove dishwasher and while he was here I mentioned one of the burners on my new Wolf range wasn't working properly. He didn't have the part with him however he said he would put in an order for the part and would take care of it ASAP. 30 minutes later I got a call he had the part and he was able to swing back over and swap it out quick! He's a man of his word! Cannot recommend Brandon and High End Service enough! read more

We have used High End Service for years for our SubZero refrigerators/wine refrigerator & Wolf range. Jacob Hartog is the most professional, knowledgeable & efficient technician. He ALWAYS gets the job done, and does it correctly the first time. He is courteous and on time. I highly recommend Jacob and High End Service for any service you may require. read more

This review is being written following service done on my Wolf range out of the Atlanta office. The technician was excellent, on time, and very polite. I am giving High End Service a very poor rating due to their pricing policy. The first visit to my house ($155) was for the technician to diagnose the problem with my range. If he had had the needed part on his truck, he would have replaced it at that time. However, the part needed to be ordered necessitating a return visit by the technician. When he returned, it took him less than 15 minutes to replace the part. He was back in his truck within the 15 minutes. Instead of charging an hourly rate for the replacement of the part, High End Service has a fixed cost charge for service. I just paid an additional exorbitant price for the installation of the part. I have worked with other appliance repair companies many times over the years and everyone of them charged a reasonable hourly rate for the service if they had to return. If you don't mind getting ripped off, the service was otherwise fine. read more

High End rip off. Their pricing for their services are through the roof. I would never use them. Unfortunately it's not the cost of parts, it's their labor cost that are grossly excessive. They wanted $600 in order to rehang one refrigerator door back on my Sub Zero. No parts needed. I call another Applicances repair company and they completed the job within 30 mins and charged $195.00. Oh High End also charged me for 2 trip charges, of vet $250 because they also looked at my sub zero wine Colier. By the way the wanted $2700 to repair that too. There is NO excuse for their excessive billing, with an attitude. Don't bother calling, you can find a more appreciate Applicances vendor who actually cares how they are viewed by their customers and are equally qualified to do the work you need. read more

High End is the only authorized dealer I trust with my Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. Jerome is a long standing knowledgeable repairman who has serviced many of my appliances in the past. I highly recommend you follow advice from High End to have the condenser cleaned once a year for your refrigerator and wine cooler, it extends the life of a very expensive appliance for a few dollars. read more

Very rarely do I meet a service professional as efficient and nice as Jason Vazquez. He came within the requested time frame for my appointment and was quick to diagnose my freezer's problem and quick to complete the repair. 5 stars is not enough to describe his level of professionalism . read more

VERY POOR SERVICE. THE TECHNICIANS TOTALLY INCOMPETENTS In a short period of time I have to call this company four (4) to service my Subzero appliance. Each technician gave a different diagnosis of the problem, and the new technician criticize the previous one saying the previous one was an ignorant. Angel was blasted by all of them. Every time they charged $250 and didn't fix the problem. The best one was that the appliance was working at 50% capacity, the company sent one of those "technicians" change approx. $ 1.000 in parts and the equipment ended up not working at all. After 10 days they sent another "genius" he bad mouth the previous technician telling me he didn't know what he was doing and everything was installed the other way around...and now he claimed the appliance will start making ice within 3 days...Three (3) days passed and no ice, then I decided to turn the appliance OFF....... 30 minutes later with the appliance OFF it started to make ice....and if you try to talk to the service manager is a waste of time...I think those reviews with five stars praising the quality of the service were written by "friends and family", or are paid by like Bettina Y. that on 4/27/2022 wrote the following statement: ""They try to come as soon as possible, sometimes within the hour! My call is always answered with courtesy and the service is knowledgeable and can usually resolve any issues on the 1st visit"". That statement is a joke or paid. I wish I never have to call them again! read more

High-End Service is the BEST service company in S Florida. Ann is my usual contact and she's fabulous! I work for Fuse Specialty Appliances. We are a dealer of high end brands such as Subzero and Wolf, and anytime a client needs service on their Subzero/Wolf/Cove/Asko products, we know it's going to be a breeze from scheduling the service call, to how quickly they get out to the job, to the tech's knowledge, and getting the client taken care of. Always professional, courteous and clean. A fine representation of the same quality expected of the Subzero and Wolf product. I can honestly say that when we discuss brands and service, one of the reasons we suggest Subzero, Wolf, and Cove is because of High-End Service! read more

I scheduled a repair for a brand new Wolf range through Wolf customer service to be repaired under warranty. High End never reached and out and no-showed the appointment. They called 3 days later and said they left a voicemail, which they did not. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I have used high end repair a number of times for service work on various home appliances. Tate Who came out yesterday to service our freezer was professional knowledge and as fine a representative that a company could ask for. Although a relatively new hire he has the obvious makings of a fine technician. Once again HighEnd delivers high end service. read more

Jason Palmer is an honorable, professional. I never doubted his diagnosis of my Subzero refrigerator. He arrived on time, conducted himself in a most respectful manner and was efficient. Keith Loss from High - End service is truly the best service person that we have worked with. Not only does he call the night before or early morning to give a time period but he shows up at that time. He is efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Everything is clean when he leaves. He even called me back to remind me to have the heat sensors in the ceiling off. This must be done by the building. We feel that Keith goes above and beyond what is necessary and we truly appreciate it. Patsy & Ed Garno read more

We have had a number of problems with our Subzero refrigerator. Fortunately for us, High End Service has been fantastic, especially Brad. He came out to fix the fridge and even did extras like leveled our doors and helped remove blue plastic from the back of the fridge that was never done properly with installation. Here's someone who truly goes the extra mile for the customer... amazing! Brad is a true asset to the company, and High End Service is a great company for Subzero repairs. read more

Brad James from High End Service is wonderful. I have a full Wolf/Sub Zero kitchen. The warranty that I purchased from Ferguson does not include authorized Wolf/Subzero repair companies. When I have an issue, I start with the warranty to save money but have found that they are not knowledgeable on these products. Every single time High End has ultimately been called in to fix the problem and fortunately Brad has been sent every time. He is extremely skilled on these products. I also appreciate his excellent customer service skills. He is always prompt and is the nicest guy. Last time he even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the convection side of the oven. I recommend this company for Wolf/Subzero appliance repairs and most definitely recommend Brad. read more

After spending 2,600 usd. on a subzero refrigerator repair, 5 months later they want to invoice 1,200 usd. more. Totally a fraud.

We used High End Service to repair/service our Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer on 10/6/15. The job was done ok and we were given an invoice of $1201.25. Breaking down this invoice the parts were $243.25 and the LABOR charge was $890 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tech wasn't even there for 2 hours !! Although the labor charge seemed insane, they were given a credit card while they were there to charge the $1201.25. When the credit card statement came there was an ADDITIONAL charge on there of $347.68. When I called them they stated that this was for a condensor fan motor. This second charge was NEVER disclosed and was NOT on the invoice. As of 1/25/16 this is still being disputed with the credit card company. We will NOT be using this company again. read more

Just had Eliel out to service my Asko dishwasher- prior to scheduling this appointment I was able to discuss the problem first with the scheduling department and then with Eliel via phone & text. He diagnosed the problem and showed up today exactly on time with the right part and quickly replaced it. He even walked me through programming some of the features I did not know existed on my unit. He also suggested & implemented some modifications to the positioning of the unit to ensure better operation. Eliel is an excellent technician- knows his products and how to treat customers. High-End's service department was also great setting up the appointment at a time & date that worked for me. This company knows the importance of quality work and customer service. I wish they could service all my kitchen appliances! read more

Had several issues with Wolf Freezer, Microwave and Gas Grill. High End was awesome. Made an appointment and ordered the necessary parts. Brad was my service professional and he was superb. Communication pre-visit was excellent, and on premises he was affable, knowledgeable, and got the work done efficiently. Was also gracious and a good conversationalist to chat with while working. Gave me some great tips on the appliances and on grilling. Very much appreciated! I won't hesitate to call High End (and Brad) should I need service in the future. read more

Beware! Very dishonest company. Quote changed several times during initial consultation of a problem I was having with my freezer. The problem was it was frosting over. I spent $300 to have a gasket replaced on the freezer which took the technician 5 minutes to install. I specifically asked that the other components of the freezer be checked to make sure that was the only problem. He basically looked at it and said "everything else is in working order" No diagnostic testing was done. The problem came back almost immediately but because of a sudden family illness I didn't report it right away. When I finally called they told me that since it had been 30 days I would have to pay another service charge to have them come out again. Customer service was also terrible. read more
