I don't know if those are extra but seems as though there's lots of great options to get your fitness groove. Locker room has showers with a hair/body wash. They have saunas and pool. Bring your own towel and locks for the lockers. It's clean but minimally supplied. No hair dryers either. I wish they had a water bottle filling station, only a standard drinking fountain.

It has plenty of weights, machines, pool, and basketball courts. Some of the reviews have been subpar because it is not as fancy as other Lifetime Gyms. But this gym is less packed and has more weight and machine equipment than some of the fancier counterparts. I often drive further to this location.

The room stays between 90-95 degrees, and the instructor walks you through an hour of practice. I went to the 6am class, and it is a little intense for those that haven't practiced in a while. The room does get hot, and if your body isn't used to it, you will get dizzy, drink a ton of water!!!! It is a class for all levels though, so don't be intimidated by the girl that can twist her legs and do handstands at random, or the grunter that grunts every 5 seconds. The gym itself is pretty small, but it has all the equipment you need. Their bathrooms have lockers and showers as well. They offer towels as well and other items in the restrooms if you forget to bring your towel! It's pretty well maintained.

They supply towels and water (bonus!), and I love their hours of operation. Taylor and Jake keep the place well maintained so it is rare to see a machine that is out of order. There is a bonhomie amongst the members and staff that is unique and adds to the positive atmosphere in the gym. I joined as soon as the Covid restrictions were lifted and I plan to stay on as a member for many years to come.

I believe it's the only Crunch Fitness in the area with the flexible hours, probably due to being close to UTD. It's still a solid gym when I'm on this side of town.

When I came back today, I was told that the guest pass is one day only if you are brand new. They immediately asked for a day fee so it seems like a scam to get payment/commitment asap. Because it's a small gym in a shopping center that's very convenient to access and provides the things that I need to have in a gym. For the price point and the convenience it's really hard to beat having access to all the cardio and weights you could need. I was there over lunch and it was not very crowded at all. By the time I left at like 1:45 I was one of maybe 3-4 people in there. No locker rooms. No problem. Standalone bathrooms for all genders have showers in them. Some small lockers available in the main area. Free weights, squat rack, two landmine attachments, tons of equipment... The 24/7 unstaffed model is really cool, and, it seems, is the only way to make a gym accessible 24/7 in this economy. Gone are the days of every 24-Hour Fitness location actually being 24 hours. (They should just change their name at this point.) The owner, Michaela, was very friendly and helped me get signed up via my gym membership plan extremely quickly. Overall, definitely recommend this place.
