Equilibre is a solid choice if you want a straightforward, fresh meal without a lot of fuss. Menu focuses on bowls, salads, wraps, and smoothies. Ingredients tasted fresh, produce had good crunch, and proteins were cooked properly. Portions are reasonable for the price point ($10-20). The sauces are lighter, so the food doesn't feel heavy. Service is efficient and to the point. Orders come out in about 10-15 minutes during normal hours; expect closer to 20 at lunch. Staff gives clear explanations of add-ons and substitutions. Seating includes a small indoor area and a covered patio. Tables are clean and spaced well enough to work through a quick meal. Noise level is low. Parking on N Orange Ave can be tight at peak times. Street spots turn over, but give yourself a few extra minutes. The restaurant is easy to find. Solid breakfast/brunch option with some unique options.

First time visiting Equilibre and I'm so happy we did. We ordered the beef empanada (wonderfully seasoned & sauces were great!) Also had the strawberry/banana smoothie & you can tell it's fresh. You actually taste the fruits not packed with sugar just real ingredients Lastly the green juice .. I've never had a juice like this. I feel like it fueled my soul. Again, real ingredients, real food, must try!!! They have a variety of bakery items as well but that's a trip for another day Service was awesome, very homey feeling. You can tell they take pride in their products and I love that!

5 Stars for well-crafted smoothies, friendly service, and a little hidden garden patio. I'm not a fan of the big chain smoothie spots, so Equilibre had been on my list for a while. I opted for the green life smoothie with coconut water and added protein. It was rich and banana-forward (no grassy taste here!). I really appreciated the whole ingredients and loved the smoothie! I also got the chicken empanada which was big and seasoned to perfection. I would definitely get this again! They have a counter full of incredible-looking quiches and the vegetarian one in particular looked STACKED with veggies! Can't wait to try it. Great little local spot worth supporting!

I wanted to have a nice light lunch and saw great reviews of this place. I was a little skeptical at first since it looked too good to be true. I ate around noon and wasn't hungry til 7pm. I had the tuna sandwich and a green smoothie . It was all so good. My only complaint is that I wish that my smoothie was colder since within 10 min my smoothie was like warm. Maybe more ice next time when it's blended but it was so filling . The tuna sandwich was amazing and I'm picky with tuna. I also ordered an empanada and I wish it had more flavor to it but chicken was tender .

Wonderful little cafe in Ivanhoe. Don't walk past this one. Sandwiches, wraps and quiche, with crust made of chick peas, are appealing. We had the chicken salad wrap. Colorful and delicious. The strawberry smoothie was blended berries and a little water. All natural. The owner is from Brazil, therefore the cafe is colorful, cozy and eclectic. Check out the covered patio. The owner placed all the plants, growing them herself. Support local business. Look for the Ivanhoe sign. Equilibre is next to it.

Best vibe, nicest people, most amazing portion sizes and the tastiest items. This is definitely one of my favorite Orlando finds. My favorite smoothie is the mango mint smoothie. It tastes like a healthy mojito and is very delicious and refreshing. I also love their turkey club. It's so filling and you will definitely have leftovers. I can't wait to go back again!

!!! My favorite juice and health restaurant in Orlando. Staff is incredible and so kind. Their menu is huge! I love the options to choose from. Juice? Smoothie? Quiche? Soup?? Salad?! My favorite is that sometimes they have some extra items that aren't in the menu, such as a soup. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally from the owner. Every item from the menu that I've tried is incredible. They have many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. They also have a case of pastries and quiches to choose from. I've never had anything bad! I do wish they have more indoor seating, but the location is so great. I hope they never move :-P I love that you can see all of the food being made right there in front of you. I cannot recommend this place enough! Please stop by when you're in the area. Enjoy a little walk around Ivanhoe village!

This is one of the best places in downtown Orlando. The service is fantastic, the food is absolutely delicious and it's a really cute, trendy vibe. I have had many things on the menu, but my go to's are the quiches, chicken salad, and salmon. The smoothies and desserts are great, too! Seriously - this place is awesome.

This restaurant was in my list to try and so glad I finally made it. I love fresh ingredients and healthy meals, so I was excited to see what they had. The staff is attentive and will answer any questions you have. They will bring your food once is ready (if you dine in) and you can dine at the patio or inside. I ordered the salmon salad and it not only looked colorful and fresh but it was delicious. It was made to order, quality ingredients, healthy and nourishing. It sure hit the spot. I topped it off with the wellness shot which made it a great way to wrap my meal. Give them a try and I sure will visit again if I am around the area.

While visiting in from Texas we ended up at the best and freshest healthy food spot in the North Orange / east College Park area. We were shopping right across the street when we noticed the patio area with the beautiful blooming vine coverage. We were just attracted to the patio that it just made sense to go over and get something tasty. The best parking to access Equilibre is street parallel parking up and down the shops and restaurants in this area. I chose to get the Green Life smoothie that included kale, spinach, avocado, banana, hemp, chia, coconut and apple. You get a standard size on almost all drinks including smoothies, juices, and teas in case you are wondering what sizes are available. I like that they choose the size for you as it is definitely more than enough and at least 20-24 ounces of a smoothie or juice. My BFF got a fresh made-to-order acai bowl that came granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes, and topped with a generous amount of chia seeds. Be sure to check the board the shop has right in front by the cashier area. There were some specials for the day listed that peaked our interest. Our smoothie and bowl was delivered directly to us outside while we sat on the patio. Even in the late morning hours the vine coverage on the patio was welcomed as the sun started its day out by shining so bright. In the shade we enjoyed the delicious and fresh items we got as the Florida wind cooled us down for a minute before we set off to our next adventure.

I can't wait to return to this small eatery/Cafe. The food was simple and tasty, well presented, and prepared by a person who truly cares about what they are doing. Then, there's the added benefit of having a lovely variety healthy menu options to choose from. While we were waiting for our food to be prepared, other customers were singing praises about the food and telling us that we were "in for a treat "! They were 100% correct! We enjoyed eating on the patio. Parking is "street parking" and is limited. So keep that in mind.

This place is GREAT!!!! They make THE BEST açaí bowls you will ever find. Tons of fruit, fresh granola and a generous amount of açaí, at a fair price too! I haven't tried any other sandwiches but the egg croissant is delicious! The micro greens they serve with it are a perfect compliment. Very friendly staff that makes you feel like part of the family and I love their quaint outside seating area. I absolutely love this place and make sure to come here anytime I'm in the Orlando area. Why did I wait this long to eat there! After hearing great things about their fresh healthy food & smoothies I decided to step up and show up.. The salmon wrap is the best I've ever eaten. I'm very picky regarding freshness, ingredients, and the people preparing my food. I just love how this is a family run local business. I feel the passion infused in everything they do! A cute small business highly recommended for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Great fresh ingredients used for the açaí and pitaya bowls - plus recommend adding the peanut butter for an extra $1. So many good things to say! Our lunch was amazing and everyone there was even nicer. I had a quinoa wrap (with eggplant and squash) and added chicken. It was a happy accident they forgot to add chicken to the wrap, so they brought me a plate of their chicken on the side. This was maybe the best chicken I've ever had! My husband got the vegan sandwich, which was also great. We split the green life smoothie, which was very fresh. They even walked us out to our Lyft with an umbrella because it was raining! Waited almost a hour for the food and when we got it (it was togo) the order contained items that were asked to not be included (like tomatoes) so we had to end up discarding the food at home. All was given was a "sorry" when they realized they still haven't given us our food but everyone who ordered after us were receiving their meals. Not to mention the AC is leaking over half of the indoor seating and the wall making a huge hazard. I was truly very excited to try this place. read more

Two words: Im obsessed. A charming little mom/pop business with THE best whole food meals. Nothing artificial here--the ingredients are always fresh and the food made with love. I live in Los Angeles, and found this place while visiting family in Orlando. Their food rivals what we have in LA. Their celery juice concoction is addicting--my fav. For breakfast I got the acai bowl with mango, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, granola, and added hemp seeds + chia seeds for the added nutrients. The owner also does amazing food prep (get the gluten free pasta; they make the noodles with cauliflower!). Jealous that my family can eat here whenever they want, and Im all the way in LA craving it. Tips: there is seating on the patio. Also, dont expect to get your food quickly--this isnt a fast food restaurant; they are making everything from scratch putting effort into and boy oh boy is it worth the wait! read more

This place is awesome! Fresh juices, smoothies and amazing wraps. I came back to have the salmon wrap a second time, it was so fresh and juicy and delicious! The all female, mostly Brazilian staff is wonderfully friendly and the surroundings are cozy and fun. The outdoor seating is really nice and garden-like and indoors it's comfortable but not freezing cold. They put ingredient quality first. I was here when they were laying out their boxes of fresh produce and you could see they are really buying high-quality beautiful stuff to put in their food. Highly recommend! read more

This is the second time I've been here - the first time there was a handwritten note saying they were closed for the morning! The acai bowls were very good, and had a fun presentation. Bananas, blueberries, strawberries, granola, honey, and coconut toppings. The place is very small and the parking is pretty limited, but the shop has a ton of character. There was one lady who was running the shop so it took probably 20 minutes to get our bowls and smoothies. read more

Fair warning to those looking to dine in, I ordered to go. The places looked super cute but I don't have much to say about the ambiance. I ordered the turkey club sandwich and a smoothie. Well for starters, usually eating healthy and clean leaves me feeling hungry, however, this chicken salad sandwich was much larger and more filling then I thought it would be. We had to wait while she made multiple orders before even being able to place ours, with a line forming behind us. I understand if it was a slower weekday, but during a peak time it just did not seem set up for success. I honestly wish I had not brought our cousins here for their first acai experience.

I also tried the Sunshine juice, which was good, but I think I'd opt for another flavor next time to mix things up. The service was friendly, and the vibe of the place was cute and inviting. This place is small and starting up but has great smoothies and açaí bowls. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable about their menu. Their outdoor seating is very nice and clean.
