It's on toasted sourdough and came with our choice of side (oven baked sweet potatoes). The chicken salad itself was full of herbs and stood out! The sweet potatoes were also spiced and were a treat, not an afterthought. I loved the aioli dip that came with them and found myself dipping everything in it! I also got a matcha and an iced cortado. The matcha was fab- with a seasonal blueberry syrup. The coffee was actually a bit of a disappointment. It tasted burnt and we didn't love it. Quick shoutout to Matt at the counter who was a GEM when we were making our brunch picks. A friendly staff member can really elevate an experience!! Finally, they carry really good natural wines. This is a fast casual establishment where you order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We ordered drip coffee, Fig latte frittata and burrito in the bowl. The burrito in the bowl could've used more flavor and the bacon wasn't as crispy as I'd prefer, but the potatoes on the side were pretty good. The Frittata looked and tasted amazing. The sauce was on point! The latte was really smooth and felt like a hug. They have a good amount of outdoor seating and it's shaded which works perfect for those hot Florida days. We normally get our cup of joe at Canvas or Tavistock locations. But sometimes we try the winter park location after dinner and we are always completely unimpressed with the quality of cold brew and caffe Lattes. The latte is often Luke warm and milky with little traces of coffee. The cold brew had little caffeine and alsmot felt like ice and water with little hints of caffeine. After our dissatisfaction, we picked up the same drink from Canvas and you can judge by picture that something isn't right. Left one is from Canvas location and the right one is from Winter Park. If you are looking for some decent foxtail coffee then skip Foxtail at winter park. Both quality of coffee and service is below average.

Our goal was something light and this did accomplish that. While cream based, it wad not super heavy, which was nice. After finishing, we were on our way with the rest of our day! The parking was a little tight as it was a small complex that housed several small businesses. Once inside, we were amazed at the design and interacted with several friendly employees. There is a cafe that served small bites, breakfast, snacks, and a nice selection of unique coffees. I got a rainbow road cold brew and it didn't disappoint. There was enough seating and my kids enjoyed their bagel while me and my husband enjoyed an avocado toast. This spot is definitely worth coming out to at least once.
