The staff is as efficient and pleasant to deal with as any medical office I've been to. Glad that the good report gives me five years before I will be back, but I wouldn't mind seeing them again sooner given the ease with which they made what can be an uncomfortable situation.

My mom had been so nervous about seeing him for her knees and he put her at ease right away. But for now, Dr. Krauss gave us such a good impression and instilled faith in us that he is the best at what he does. His staff was also top notch, from the physician's assistant, to the medical assistant, to the scheduling manager, to the front desk staff--who brought out a basket of granola bars and 100-calorie snack bags for us to much on in the waiting room.

I have never had a physician as dedicated to his patients as I have had with Dr. Jason. He never rushes me out of the office and listens to what I have to say. He is an amazing diagnostician! He always returns my phone calls and truly cares about his patients. He has diagnosed very difficult medical conditions that I endured throughout the years and am healthy, vibrant, and strong because of his medical care. In January of 1991, at the age of 27, I was diagnosed with last stage lymphoma cancer. I had a cancer staging surgery and splenectomy that determined the cancer was stage 4B, mixed cellularity. It had advanced to my organs and both sides of my bone marrow. Oncologists gave me between a 10% to 20% chance of survival if I made it through all treatments with a life expectancy of up to five years. A few weeks prior to being diagnosed, I had given birth to my baby daughter. My son was almost two years old. It was a very frightening and difficult time. I have been in remission now for 30+ years. Dr. Jason has supported me along the way. The aftermath of cancer treatment created several medical issues that had to be addressed. I had scar tissue lysins, multiple kidney stones, a hyper-parathyroid gland, Chemobrain, and too many other issues to list. Dr. Jason was right there with me. Approximately 16 years ago, I started taking Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Dr. Jason. It is truly amazing! The staff at this office is extremely rude--they will leave you on hold for an hour while "waiting for an answer," only to eventually hang up and send you to voicemail. I've dealt with this office multiple times, including when I was trying to get information on how my father was cleared to fly--only for him to suffer a heart attack overseas. I was never even able to speak directly with the doctor to ask the specific questions I needed in order to report his condition. It wasn't until Donna finally got on the phone with me that I received any real help. She was the only one who assisted me with everything I needed. Getting anyone else on the phone--especially the front desk--is nearly impossible. They're rude, unhelpful, and seem completely miserable. Today, we called the office an hour in advance to let them know we would be arriving late. We were open to rescheduling but asked if the necessary medications could at least be prescribed. That's when we were put on hold--and left there for an hour. I recorded the call to prove that we were hung up on by the office staff. And still, no one called us back or even picked up the phone to provide an update. We showed up, and the front desk woman, Natalie, claimed that my father was on the phone when I had actually called from my own phone--again, using my number. She then said she didn't know who had spoken to us, but the call was on speakerphone, so it was clear she could hear the conversation and knew exactly who was speaking. She refused to speak directly to me and instead directed her words toward my father. She picked up her phone to call "Deb," (I thought she claimed not to know who had spoken to us--again, not believable given the context). Deb then stated that my father had agreed to a rescheduled appointment and even provided a date. But if that were true, why would we have stayed on hold for over an hour? We remained on the line because my father asked if his medications could be refilled, and we were told to hold for an answer--an answer we never received. I even showed a screenshot proving how long we were on hold, and the only response we got was a shrug. We drove all the way from New Jersey to see Dr. Bonaros, only to be treated like this. If it weren't for the longstanding relationship my father has with the doctor, we wouldn't waste our time traveling for this kind of treatment. This office clearly needs new staff, and based on what we've heard, we're not the only ones reporting issues with them. This behavior will absolutely be reported.
