This last pair of glasses however have had to be returned for repair (4) times and on the last return the woman who takes care of the Safety glasses told my husband they will no longer repair this pair of glasses and did NOT stand behind their warranty and replace the practically new pair of glasses! He first sent them back because the lenses were defective, one was photo-gray and the other was not so the lenses had to be replaced, then he returned them several times because the screws in the arms of the glasses fell out because they were stripped and his lenses kept falling out. We had to wait upwards of 4 weeks with continued phone calls to them to finally get his glasses back. Well tonight his lens has dropped out AGAIN! I would defiantly consider using a different place to purchase your safety glasses from if you expect them to back there product, because they DO NOT! He paid 300 dollars for glasses that fall apart.

Joe was working at the desk and offered to take a look before we sent it off. He spent 20 minutes finding the proper power cable and hooking up the unit. Turns out it was working fine. He and I discussed possible problems. He informed me that the power cable was sometimes a problem. He searched through his spare supply of cables, checked with the manager to ensure that it was ok for me to take it and try out on the boat. Needless to say, that, was the problem. Joe saved me a lot of time and money. Great customer service. You should be proud to have an employee with that attitude. thank you

I contacted them repeatedly over six weeks (two weeks before Christmas up to January 19, 2018) based on their repeated promises to come out and replace a font bay window. They left me hanging about seven different times. The only reason I kept calling was because Angie, the secretary, insisted on taking my credit card information the second time I had called DESPITE NEVER BEING ABLE TO QUOTE ME A PRICE. The window needs immediate attention, it needed immediate attention in DECEMBER before all of those horrible snow storms, and these folks kept blaming the fact that they're a "small business" and "family owned" as a reason for being completely unreliable and disgustingly incompetent and not making the appointments they had kept with me. Well, as far as I'm concerned, your family sucks and so does your business. Shut it down and let someone else more capable take over. If I was this terrible at my job, I wouldn't have one. And using the fact that you're a "family business" to guilt people into forgiving your incompetency and piss poor customer service is so low class. Here is the latest example of my terrible experience with them: they were supposed to come out to my house yesterday, we made an appointment on Monday for January 18, 2018 (at some unspecified random time, they would never actually give a time frame). I called Thursday morning to confirm, they had forgotten about the appointment (only like the 7th time this has happened) but said someone will be out in the afternoon. Okay, so someone is at the property all day AGAIN waiting on these people. Nothing. No one calls, no one shows up, and now they're not even answering my phone calls. I could understand if I had been rude or unpleasant to deal with, but I was overly understanding to the point of knowingly being taken advantage of by these folks. STAY AWAY - these folks are a disaster and they'll waste your time. Now I have to get a new credit card and cancel the one I gave them because God knows what they're actually doing with that information, they sure aren't using it to pay for a service they completed.

Walgreens has remodeled the outside, and I've used this store for 20 yrs. recently I've been using…read moreothers to refill my prescriptions and have discovered what a hidden gem I have here. Yes, there are sometimes vagrants outside, but I've seen worse at other WGs in "better" areas! The staff here is ALWAYS helpful. The pharmacist, Paul, is wonderful. He goes above and beyond to help. It's not always well-organized and not as large as others, and doesn't have a drive thru, but it can't be beat for good ol' fashioned SERVICE. At other WGs I have been left frustrated and inconvenienced.
