Joke of a place. Had family go in here. They don't monitor you well AT ALL. Therapy is half asses…read more ZERO communication. They literally have hung up on us during an update we had to call and call and call and call to get. They've allowed 2 patients to get together while in there and then didn't monitor phone usage to ensure the phone usage wasn't being abused. so all the time spent in here, useless. Do NOT go here. it's better to drive to a better, more professional, place.

If you want to spend thousands of dollars and NOT get medically detoxed this is your place!!!…read moreNursing doesn't care because they'll let you sleep all day detoxing hard and not give you any meds for detox symptoms!!! All they care about is your money!!! Must pay upfront $2250 after they tell you your insurance covers your stay they demand a $450 per day co-pay ...... yes you heard me ....... they tell you your insurance covers your stay and when you show up they DEMAND $450 for 5 days ....... total upfront $2250 cost and this is just the minimum Nursing SUCKS ........ literally beg for meds and still don't get them!!! If you leave AMA (against medial advice) they treat you like shit!!! Will not let you use your phone to call for a ride and kick you off the property they literally made you walk off the property to use your phone ....... They ABSOLUTELY take advantage of you and your insurance company ..... Its ALL ABOUT MONEY TO THEM!!! DO NOT GO here to DETOX!!!!! Facility needs an investigation into how they bill you and your insurance. Total insurance FRAUD!!!!! Also nursing staff needs a course on compassion to people detoxing ....... I'd give them -100 stars but 1 star is the Lowest ...... Trust me Don't go here!!!!!!

Customer service is horrible. All I did was call to ask a question and the lady was so rude. Very…read moresnappy and short tempered. She is definitely In The wrong business.

I came to this facility immediately after being discharged from the emergency room, hoping for a…read moresafe and supportive detox experience. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, things went downhill. Upon arrival, I was told to remove phone numbers from my phone before it was locked away. My luggage was taken, and I was told I wouldn't receive my clothes for 24-48 hours. I asked if I could at least have one outfit, and a security guard told me yes after checking my belongings. When I arrived on the unit, the tech who greeted me offered no orientation at all--no explanation of where I was, what the rules were, or what I was supposed to do. I had to rely entirely on other patients for basic information. Later, when I asked the tech to check with the security guard about my clothes, it seemed like there had been a shift change, because another guard denied any knowledge of that conversation. The tech told me she would get me one outfit, but throughout the day she kept giving me different excuses, clearly just trying to get me out of her face. Before her shift ended, she told me she'd get my clothes at 8 a.m. the next day. That didn't happen. I went over 48 hours without showering. When I continued to ask for my belongings, she told me there were people who had "been waiting way longer than me" and had a clear attitude. I finally snapped and was ready to leave until two counselors stepped in, convinced me to stay, and immediately got my clothes. Once that happened, my mood and outlook improved significantly. Sleeping here was awful. The nurses wake you up every four hours to take vitals, which is incredibly disruptive when you're detoxing. I barely slept at all. Phone access was another huge issue. The website is misleading--it does not clearly explain that phone calls can only be made in front of counselors, and at the time there was only one counselor available. That counselor was constantly busy, making it extremely difficult to call my family and let them know I was okay. I briefly saw a doctor who prescribed my antidepressant medication. However, I was told I had to wait for the pharmacy to deliver it--and it never came during the entire four days I was there. As a result, I suffered from night terrors, hallucinations, and extreme irritability, all of which could have been avoided. Many of the nurses were rude and dismissive. One serious incident involved a new roommate who began stealing my belongings. When I raised concern, a nurse mocked me by saying, "You're getting mad over a sandwich?"--completely missing the point that I had my wallet and valuables in the room. Another nurse (a heavy-set Black male nurse) told us he wasn't moving anyone and that if we fought, we'd both be kicked out. Instead of de-escalating, he and another nurse were provoking and unprofessional. I requested a supervisor. Thankfully, the director and her assistant handled the situation professionally, de-escalated it, and treated me with respect. Another major issue: this facility does not allow you to only detox. They push for a full rehab stay, and this was not clearly communicated upfront. I specifically came for detox only. Group therapy was also poorly managed. Detox groups were constantly interrupted by staff and rehab patients walking in mid-session--even while people were venting. It was disrespectful, disruptive, and made it hard to feel safe opening up. Overall, the facility felt severely understaffed, and asking for help often made me feel like a burden rather than a patient in need of care. The Positives The one standout counselor was Mr. James--an older, wise, kind man who was approachable and genuinely supportive. He made a difference. The food was also very good. I genuinely enjoyed every meal--breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Final Thoughts This place has potential, but serious changes need to be made in staff professionalism, communication, patient safety, and honesty about services offered. If you're considering coming here, know exactly what you're signing up for, ask direct questions, and advocate for yourself aggressively--or bring someone who can.

Never actually got around to making an appointment. Is "are you only looking for medication,…read morebecause the doctor doesn't have an open appointment for another 2 months?" a welcoming way to answer the phone? This official, unfortunately, seems jaded.

TEN STARS if I could…read more I am a new patient to Dr. Beatty and my appointment has not taken place but the SUPERIOR customer service and EXEMPLARY support for military service Dr. Beatty and his staff (Lisa, the best) provided just over the telephone is how a provider/patient relationship should be. I can already see that I am blessed with a care, compassionate, empathetic professional who treats the needs of his patients with utmost respect. Oftentimes in the medical business it is BUSINESS first and patient SECOND. Dr. Beatty immediately thanked me for my military service as well as provided a generous military discount and he took a few minutes during our pre-appointment call to express his gratitude. That in my opinion is something that is lost in the bigger picture. When you have a provider that takes to time to know each patient as I am sure Dr. Beatty does the same for each of his patients. I have been on medical appointments where the provider barely looked at me or typed the entire time. I'm looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Dr. Jonathan Beatty and I recommend his services to anyone in the tribe-state area. Thank you Lisa and Dr. Beatty. Carlton A.

If I could give less than one start I would. The experience I had was not pleasant and I was as…read morenice as can be. First I arrived ten minutes early, but the door was locked, no problem, so I waited outside. He saw me standing there and told his receptionist to unlock the door with an irritated look on his face (the door has a window), and I thought to myself dang that was rude. Then I was given forms to fill out, no problem, but I was immediately called back. The man was upset I didn't finish filling out and signing the forms before he saw me. Like dude, I had to wait outside you literally saw me. So anyway, I had brought a very small single sheet of paper explaining how my symptoms came about and started to quickly read it which would have took me all of less than 2 minutes to finish. Reading this was very important to me because I was in the midst of losing my job to whatever my physical condition was, and he kept interrupting me saying that he only needs to know what is wrong with me like only my symptoms. I was like well, ok, it's in my next couple of sentences, but this is literally how it came about so I continued to read again but quicker, and he interrupted me again and I got upset and started to cry because he wasn't having it and I felt very overwhelmed that he didn't want to know how my symptoms started. He then got even more mad and told me I need to see a psychiatrist. He was the most unprofessional "Dr." I have ever been to. I never went back. I heard rheumatologists at hospitals can be rude sometimes but I never expected them to flat out bully someone. This was absolutely ridiculous and I should have brought someone with me.
