My cat Rudy was coughing and vomit I took him to see Neely…read more, as Dr. Miranda is no longer at CityVet. Neely did full X-rays and said Rudy has asthma but I don't think he needs medication for it. And then he tells me that my Rudy may die , Neely continues to give me scenarios as to why his friends have died ! This man talked so much bs about things that are irrelevant to me and my Rudy's condition. Neely charged me 400$ just to hear him talk bs . I have talked with neighbors and they agreed that he talks way too much about nothing that pertains to pets health care. I took Rudy to another vet because this idiot Neely said he would die! I learned that country veterinarians are more knowledgeable and compassionate.. New vet said that Can't see the forest through the trees!! My Rudy was properly diagnosed and treated and doing good today. Neely wasted my time talking bs , he basically charged me to hear him talk a bunch of bs. It's like one neighbor said he talks a lot because he doesn't know shit ! I will never return to this veterinary clinic, now that Dr. Miranda is no longer there . Do not trust Neely with your pets health care ! I have never had a vet tell me that my pets are going to die without a reasonable and proper medical diagnosis. Below is a picture of my Rudy today

I used an in home pet euthanasia provider when I lived in Ohio and it was a wonderful experience…read more When it came time for my boy to cross the rainbow bridge, I searched for a provider in the Fort Worth area. I decided to use this provider as she was available the soonest. Pro - availability Cons - EVERYTHING ELSE First, I did. Not feel she had any empathy or compassion for my situation. I have another dog in excellent health that was excited to see we had a visitor. She was short with him and acted as if he was an annoyance. Second, it is expensive to do in home pet euthanasia. I know this and expected it. To get his cremains back was an additional $325 or $350 , I honestly don't remember but I didn't care, I wanted him back. I was notified by text that he was ready to come home and I was expected to pick him up. I live in SW Fort Worth and she is in Bedford. This was not told to me prior to receiving this text. For the extra amount charged, I think he should have been delivered back home. I went and picked him up. There sat a little blue bag on her porch. Included was a paw print but no stand to display it. Not once in our texting did she inquire how either myself or other dog were doing. Seems like once she was paid, I was of no concern, And last, at the time of his passing, she launched into a lengthy prayer. Again, not discussed ahead of time. How does she know if the pet owner desires this or its parr of their beliefs? I do not recommend using this provider.

I said okay, paid the deposit and scheduled it. I showed up for my dog's appointment today. They weighed her, got her age, and then took her back and told me to get in line and pay. NOT EVEN 1 MINUTE LATER this girl comes back with my dog and says due to her age and weight the vet said no which is crazy because they barely even looked at her. MIND YOU SHE IS UNDER BOTH THE AGE AND WEIGHT LIMIT AND IN 2-3 PHONE CALLS WITH THIS PLACE AND COUNTLESS EMAILS NO ONE EVER SAID THE VET CAN JUST FLAT OUT REFUSE. THEY WASTED MONTHS OF MY TIME AND TOOK MY MONEY TOO. I absolutely would never bring my animals back here again just based on the lack of communication and apparently transparency.

I can not thank the hospital staff enough, especially Dr. Hurd. They work well as a team and make sure every patient is comfortable, and well attended to. Dr. Hurd was prepping for surgery, and she gave a bit of her time to give my girl her US (ultrasound) and labs. When all was done, she came in and confirmed that my girl was doing very well. I truly appreciated that. Awesome!

My dog was experiencing a serious medical emergency, including vomiting, bloody diarrhea, and visible signs of distress. Before making the drive, I called ahead and was told that we could come in and that my dog could be seen. After driving nearly 50 minutes with a very sick animal, we arrived only to be told that they had decided not to take any more patients. At no point during our drive were we contacted or informed that their availability had changed. Instead, we were turned away at the door while dealing with an urgent and frightening situation. I understand that veterinary clinics can become overwhelmed and that emergencies happen. However, confirming that a critically ill pet can be seen and then refusing care upon arrival is unacceptable. Every minute matters during a medical emergency, and the time we lost making this trip could have been spent seeking treatment elsewhere. What made the situation even more upsetting was the complete lack of empathy shown for both my pet and my family. We were scared, stressed, and desperately trying to get help, only to be met with a decision that should have been communicated before we drove almost an hour to the clinic. I would strongly encourage this clinic to improve its communication practices and patient intake procedures. Pet owners rely on the information they are given, especially during emergencies. No family should have to experience the frustration, stress, and delay in care that we did.
