The new office is aesthetically beautiful, the staff are always friendly, professional and have a warm heart for treating children. Our recent visit was during the COVID 19 pandemic and the office has adjusted to follow COVID protocol (I felt safe during the visit). My children are always happy when they come and when they leave, give this children's dentist a chance, you will not regret it.

I thought it was due to thumb sucking but she just had a small mouth with too many teeth fighting for room. First let me say Griffen and Errera Orthodontics is THE place to go for braces. The entire team treated her like family! They allowed my daughter to schedule her own appointments and they sent a text message 2 days before each appt as a reminder every month for over 2 years. She won a Visa Gift card for cleanest teeth too! The payment plan I had with Griffin and Errera Orthodontics was worth every penny. Payment plan I chose was for 2 years of monthly payments. After the 2 year plan was completed, her teeth/braces still needed adjustments. Griffin and Errera Orthodontics kept the braces on and continued monthly maintenance for 6 extra months until they were adjusted to their standards without asking me for any more money than I had already paid. Not one more dime. They even fitted her retainer (but if that needs to be replaced, that is an extra fee).. she got them off today!!! July 2017 to Jan 2020. Just in time for her 19th birthday!! She's so happy and I just cant thank Griffin and Errera Orthodontics enough. Their team literally played a huge role in changing her life. Not just the appearance of her teeth. Life changing! My goal was to get my teeth straightened for my wedding, even though it was only about 4 months away. They got the straightening mostly completed in that short span, took the braces off for the wedding and made a special retainer, then put the braces back on afterwards to finish the job. In short, they provided exactly the service I was looking for. The office is run incredibly efficiently and the staff are friendly. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen.
