The new office is aesthetically beautiful, the staff are always friendly, professional and have a warm heart for treating children. My goal was to get my teeth straightened for my wedding, even though it was only about 4 months away. They got the straightening mostly completed in that short span, took the braces off for the wedding and made a special retainer, then put the braces back on afterwards to finish the job. I appreciate they take the time to ensure I am comfortable and i always learn something new about teeth whenever I visit from the kind dental assistants. Dr. Lu is quick and efficient as well. He's a soft talker so sometimes I miss hearing his requests to open or shut or whatever.
