I wanted to start getting professional facials and was really excited about the idea of going to a…read moremedical spa so I booked in with Skin Vitality. I was however not treated very kindly and when I went in for my consultation to determine what treatment would work best, I met with a nurse who did the initial assessment and then passed me along to the doctor (I guess) who was insanely snobby, unpleasant, derogatory, and quite frankly just entirely unprofessional. She mentioned her suggestions for my skin and due to the cost being very high, the process being long, and the results affecting my FACE, I said I'd need to think about it and get back with my decision (as any normal person would be within their right to do). The doctor then gave the MOST DEROGATORY look i've ever seen, so so so unprofessional and said verbatim "is it because of the cost? is it too much for you?". How rude! I am willing to spend what is required to take care of myself but having to think about it doesnt mean you cant afford it - it just means you are trying to be responsible and determine whether or not the spend is worth it given that I dont have any serious skin concerns and objectively my skin is quite fine (which the nurse told me right before). I'm just trying to step it up a notch with my maintenance but wasn't sure if spending thousands of dollars was necessary. Anyway, I thought about it on my way out the door of the clinic and decided that even if it costed $1.00, their service was entirely undeserving of my money being spent there. Good luck getting new clients if that's how you treat people and if that's the taste they leave in people's mouths. But you know what, after looking at their site, now I know I'm not the only one because their reviews are quite appropriate for what i experienced - abysmal. Good luck.

I would like to share my experience so that it may benefit others seeking a facelift with Oakville…read morePlastic Surgery. It has been over 3 years and I am still trying to fix the mistakes that were made on my face, not to mention the additional costs associated in doing so, which have now over tripled in amount that I paid for the original procedure. These included numerous lasers, threads, topicals, at home devices, etc. When I first met the Plastic Surgeon I had gone in because I had some jowling and laxening of the neck. I told her that my expectations were realistic and I didn't want to look like someone else, just myself a few years younger. She recommended a neck lift, a lower face lift and also my lower eyes. Although there was nothing wrong with them, she explained that the skin she pulled up had to go somewhere, so I agreed based on her expertise. Since I had never dealt with her before, I wanted confirmation that should things not go exactly to plan, could I count on her to be there for me and to ensure that if adjustments needed to be made, they would in order to achieve the desired results, which she did. Although I had concerns following the surgery , I was told to wait a year for things to settle - which I did. At my one year consult, I communicated my disappointment with respect to the things that were either not previously there, were no better or were worse. Her comment was that she did the best she could and there was nothing else she could do. She recommended that I use TAPE to fix the problems. It was then that I realized I was on my own and would have to take on this journey of trying to correct the procedure myself. After consulting with 4 other reputable plastic surgeons, (3 who provided quotes for revision which only confirmed corrections needed to be made), I was told to first go back to her and give her the opportunity to fix my face. I now had one eye that had a drooping lower lid (again never wanted my eyes done in the first place), my neck was still lax, my jowls still required some tightening and I now had festoons/bags on the upper cheek area, which needed to be addressed. So I went from my original two concerns to four. When I went back and discussed what one surgeon had recommended she do in order to get a better result, her comment was "THEN HAVE HIM DO IT". This response was completely lacking in any concern for myself - her patient, or for being accountable for her work. This experience has not only left me financially drained, but also emotionally distraught. It has caused endless sleepless nights, not to mention the daily struggle and disappointment I face everytime I look in the mirror.

What was supposed to be a little skin, she botched my eyes so bad. I had beautiful almond shaped eyes and now they're round and awful looking I still can't look at myself in the mirror without crying and they're fully heald.  Now I have to pay another surgeon to revise her work. I'm noticing other reviews are complaining about the same thing. She also twisted eyelid when she stitched them causing them to pull and not sit right. Why would she do this?!   She is absolutely evil! Dr De Kleer took all of my requests and gave me the exact opposite. She's very kind in the consultation because she wants to make money off you but horrible bedside manner and doesn't show any remorse or take accountability for her mess. She also told me in the consultation that she would do a second surgery if I wasn't happy, but after reading other reviews  where their 2nd surgeries turned out even worse, I would never let her touch me again. I don't know how this woman is still allowed to practice, her license should be taken from her. I regret the day walking into this clinic!

Always a different person doing the service, and was ok every time. Unfortunately the last visit in November 2016 a new guy delivered my Botox. It made me feel a little uncomfortable with him constantly leaving the room and coming back with different needles. The way he injected was not the best and the results after two days was non existent. By the 3D day I called the owner. She told me it's way too early, wait 2. -3 weeks for results. Well I've never had to wait more than 2-3 days to see really good results. I wanted to look refreshed for Christmas but that didn't happen. Not sure if the Botox was old ( should be no more than a week old) or watered down, but no visible results were had. Very disappointing. I won't ever go back especially since after emailing the owner , she did nothing to help or convince me otherwise , about my bad experience ,and results from the service person or the Botox that I paid for and didn't get.
