AbracadaBar is a lounge/bar located at Disney's Boardwalk resort. It is dark inside, themed to…read moremagicians, and a new favorite for myself and my wife. To get here there are a few ways. You cannot park at the Boardwalk without a reservation and this does not take reservations. I would recommend a bus from Disney Springs, or cut through the park if you have a pass. You can also park at Studios and take the Skyliner to EPCOT and then walk over or boat to Boardwalk. It is not the easiest to get here but you can do it. Inside they offer bar seating and then a couple of high-top tables and then couches and bench tables. There is a server that will come to you if you are not at the bar. The theme is magicians and magic, they have pictures on the walls that move and change, everything has a magic theme. There is also props and such with the same magician theme. It is not super big and can get busy, but we have usually had a good chance to get a seat. We do go early though, we have not been here late in the evening. You can also grab a drink to go which a lot of people do. It is between Flying Fish and Trattoria Al Forno restaurants, so a lot of people will sit in here waiting or grab a drink before dinner. Some of their drinks are interesting with a couple trying to stay with the magic theme, however, if you don't like any of the drinks, you can just order your own. They have a pretty well stocked bar serving beer, wine, and many different types of liquor. I personally enjoy ordering my own and always go for an espresso martini and a lemon drop martini. There is also food available from 5:00pm to 10:00pm but only 3 options. This is designed as a snack, you are not getting a meal here. My favorite items is the Lump Crab Fries which has Wasabi Aioli, Doenjang, and Tobiko for $17.00. This was a huge portion of crispy thin fries, topped with tons of crab and then drizzled with sauce. The crab was fantastic, really good and did not have a fishy taste which sometimes you get. I would highly recommend them. We will go back for these, they are that good! As we get older we are discovering the more adult things in Disney such as lounges as opposed to riding rides. If you can fit this in, I would highly recommend checking it out. The drinks are strong, they are good and very delicious. ACES!

AbracadaBar at Disney's BoardWalk is one of my G.O.A.T. Disney bars. It's themed just right, it's…read moreoff the beaten path, and the service and cocktails are worth the cost. This whimsical lounge is precisely the kind of bar that makes you wish you had more evenings in Orlando. This isn't just a place to grab a drink, but it's an experience that's full of clever magic-themed touches that make it feel like you've stepped into a magician's hidden lounge. Most patrons don't appreciate the theme, but we sure do! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with a dimly lit, intimate vibe that's perfect for a date night or a chill evening away from the crowds. The decor is playful without being over-the-top, with nods to classic magic tricks and sleight-of-hand illusions that make every corner a little fun to explore. Be sure to ask your server to give you the inside scoop on hidden Mickeys, backstage stories, and cool little easter eggs filled with Disney surprises. The cocktails are inventive and perfectly crafted, and some even come with a little theatrical flair or clever presentations. There's something on the menu for everyone, whether you want a strong, sophisticated concoction or a simple glass of wine or beer. Prices are high, but this is a Disney resort after all. And make sure you set your watch for 13 past the hour. That's when the meeting of the magicians happens. The only thing I'll tell you is to watch the walls. Abracadabar has skyrocketed in popularity among Disney adults in the last few years, so getting a coveted seat inside can be difficult. The bar is very small, and there is often a line forming out front long before opening time. It's an easy walk from the back entrance of Epcot (we often leave the park mid-day to go grab a drink and take a break from the park crowds). They have a limited food menu (elevated bar snacks) but the cocktails are the superstars here. Abracadabar is one of the best bars on Disney property and it's one that we consider a must-do whenever we are in Orlando.

The Churrasco sammy was great, though could have used a bit more shaved beef - and the Clothes Line bacon goes without saying - delicious! Limited Reposado tequilla, but Matt made 2 great marg's for hubby. I tried Vic's Wooden leg, an homage to Trader Vic's classic Mai Tai. In a world full of false Mai Tai's filled with sugary fruit juices, this one would have made Vic smile. I also noted the Cachaca on the menu and ordered a perfectly balanced Caipirinha. Looking forward to future visits. Cheers!

Up first, I had the Oaxacan on Sunshine for $20. It was pretty girly, and I didn't know it was going to come with a flower. Overall, it was fine, I wouldn't order it again though. Then, I went off the menu and had the bartender make me a dirty martini. Ooohwee was this one dirty and delicious. I love the olives with blue cheese in them too. For food, I tried the $15 Deviled eggs. I thought they were super solid. I'd order these again. For my main item, I ordered the $23 American Cheeseburger. It was solid, not as good as STK, but it was fine. Super big space. On the louder side inside. I would come back here again and get some more drinks next time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, our server helped us choose between drinks and entrees that we were stuck between. We shared the brunch board which was lovely, the pork belly really stood out. Myself and one other person at our table got the burrata which was absolutely amazing. It was a very generous amount of food, and everything was very fresh and the flavors were so well balanced with sweet and savory elements. I also got the Paloma which I enjoyed. My husband got the sausage gravy, which he liked. He said the flavors were more complex than your usual sausage gravy. My other friend got the French toast which she enjoyed very much. She did ask for extra syrup as she felt it didn't have enough but that's a personal preference of course. All in all we were very happy with our brunch and would come back in the future. Yes, technically it's a steakhouse. But as a pescatarian, I treated the menu like a seafood scavenger hunt. I got the tuna, crudo, anything that once touched the ocean. Also, and this is critical, the French fries. You cannot walk into a place this fancy and forget the fries. That would be a personality flaw. The food was good but I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because while it was good quality I am not sure I would say it was the caliber you expect for a $400 meal for two was really there. The amuse-bouche was tasteless but pretty. The bread was nice. The lobster bisque did not have very much lobster in it. The Tomahawk steak for two was cooked to the correct medium rare plus temp but there is an unusual hard crust on the meat that tasted burnt. The beef tallow to pour on is a nice touch. The bacon Mac n cheese is very decadent and a little overwhelming but in small batches ok. The mashed potatoes are the star. Seriously delicious. Crème brûlée was tasty. Cocktails were made well. I am not sure if we would return only because I thought it was going to a wow factor and it was a good factor overall.

It is located near the entrance to Star Wars and kiddie corner to Star Tours, directly next to Sci Fi Drive In. The line can get long but will move fast. My wife and I prefer to rope this spot of come in the evening before park close. I prefer to get beer flights. Some of my favorites include: Golden Road Hefeweizen, North Coast Red Seal Ale, Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA, Stone Delicious IPA, Golden Road Mango Cart or North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner. Honestly they are all pretty good! MY wife always goes for a cocktail. She loves the strawberry hibiscus soda, which is non-alcoholic, and adds Tito's to it and make it a cocktail and will always do a double for around $3-4 more! For food we always go for the large pretzel with cheese and mustard. Its a great price, really large, served warm, its soft and salty and served with cheese and mustard. You can ask for a second cup of either for no additional cost. In the last year, they have changed their charcuterie board and I personally prefer the previous version but this one is also really good. It now comes with Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Mt Tam Brie, Midnight Moon Goat Cheese, Sopressata Salami, Sliced Bresaola, Blueberry Compote, Onion Jam, and Bread and Butter Pickles with Lavash. Their last food item is the "Avenue Chips" which is House-made Ranch Kettle Chips served with Beer Cheese Fondue. Not a great portion for the price but these are ok, I would say get the pretzel instead. All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack, just a great atmosphere. It gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and it's not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. ACES!
