The food is always "on point" and has a lot of flavor but I recommend requesting no salt or seasoning on your fish or fries as they both have a lot of flavor already. They also don't put too much icing which I like as it doesn't overpower the roll.

It's frustrating when such a basic instruction gets ignored, especially when you're paying for a big order. Attention to detail matters, and this place seriously dropped the ball. The app wouldn't let me order due to a vague "items unavailable" error, so I had to order in person. When we got home, we discovered all side dishes (mashed potatoes and gravy) were missing. I immediately called the restaurant. Instead of apologizing, the manager implied I was being dishonest and said she needed to check the security cameras. She later claimed the sides were in the bag and suggested I wasn't telling the truth. I found this extremely offensive. When I asked for a refund or to pick up the missing sides later, I was told I'd need to bring all the food back for a refund, which was unreasonable since we had already started eating. This could have been resolved with a simple apology and replacement, but instead the situation was handled poorly. I won't be returning to this location.

Save your money and don't bother going to this location unless you want to be treated like trash, wait way too long for your order, and have items missing. I really enjoyed the flavor and so far my best I've tried. Other places are too sweet or has too much overpowering gochuchang. This place is by far my favorite for tteokboki. I really didn't like their takoyaki though. Too much flour/dough and they were not mindful making it since some pieces only had 1 piece of octopus while some piece had none and was just straight up flour. I'd come back for their wings and tteokboki though.
