I stopped here with friends after a trip from San Diego. The food is okay but we had a poor experience otherwise. The bathrooms are locked which is fine but we had to wait to get the key. I asked for a water cup and they said they can't give out water which I think is required. The area is a bit distressed so maybe that is why it's like this

The staff has nice and rude employees and the food is relatively good; however, they locked off the bathroom and you need to get a staff member's attention in order to open the restroom and most of the time they are busy so they cannot open the restroom for you. They acted like you are bothering them if you ask them to unlock the restroom. And it is very weird for a restaurant to not give you free water upon request even when that you're a paying customer. They have a soda fountain so they should be able to give you tap water at least. Again, we were paying customers and we spent over $50 already.

I ordered the Single Meal with 4 Strips with Mild Buffalo/ Honey BBQ Sauce, Breadsticks, and Veggies with Blue cheese. The Strips were hot and fresh, breadsticks were soft and hot, and the veggies were cold and fresh. Lastly, the Sauce was, as always, like the Blue Cheese perfectly seasoned. All in all, the meal was AWESOME! Now that I got my taste buds and appetite satisfied, I look forward to visiting here again soon! Great job! read more

Epic Wings-and-Things on Broadway absolutely lived up to its name, but the real standout of my visit was Santiago. From the moment I placed my order, Santiago was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. What really impressed me was getting to witness how he treated another customer while I was there. He took the time to explain that the breadsticks were a little on the toasted side, but without hesitation let the customer know that if they preferred them softer, he would be more than happy to make a new batch right away. Five-star customer care! That kind of service is rare. Santiago didn't just take orders, he made people feel heard and taken care of. His warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience feel welcoming and positive. Epic Wings-and-Things is lucky to have him. I'll absolutely be back to this location...not just for the food, but for service like this! P.S. Worse customer service. They don't offer a cup for water. So bring your own water or buy water from them. I don't know any restaurant who doesn't give water. Must ask employees to go to the bathroom. You wait in line for the employee to open the bathroom door for you. Restroom smelled like weeds. Rude customer services from also. I highly recommend to go to another epic wings. Lastly, it doesn't appear safe to be in this area unless you live close by. read more

I doubt the outcome would have been much different, but I want readers--especially those considering takeout or ordering through Uber Eats, GrubHub, or DoorDash--to have that context. What we ordered: 30-piece Mix & Match Crew Pack (10 Cajun wings, 10 Hot Honey wings, 10 Lemon Pepper boneless), all requested extra crispy/well done, carrot and celery sticks, three ranch dressings, a large seasoned fries, and a 5-piece fried corn add-on. The issues: Unfortunately, none of the food arrived hot, and none of the 30 wings or boneless pieces were cooked extra crispy as requested. The fries were placed loosely in the large to-go bag in an uncovered paper tray, which could have easily spilled during transport. The carrot and celery sticks were simply wrapped in a napkin and placed in the bag in the same open tray as the fries. The fried corn also didn't taste fresh. I'm not suggesting it wasn't freshly made--only that it didn't taste like it had just been fried. The main reason for this review is the value for the price. The total came to $68, and the overall quality and packaging didn't feel close to worth that amount. For comparison, we could have ordered a similar quantity of food from Panda Express for around $52, or from Epic Wings or Buffalo Wild Wings. They might be similarly priced--or even slightly more--but I would have gladly paid $70-$80 if the food tasted fresh and the order had been packaged with more care. Those dining in may have a somewhat better experience than we did with takeout. However, based on the average Yelp rating for this location, we're not convinced that would be the case.

As far as the food, everything the table had was tasty and compelling. I had the Jalisco tamales Benedict with the house salsa, flavorful and filling. The potatoes were yummy. My only critique is that our lattes were somewhat cooled off by the time they hit our table. Personally, first thing in the morning I like a nice hot latte that I can hold onto. Report on Working Conditions and Hygiene at Epic Wings Restaurant Dear Recipients: I am writing to express my concern about the working and hygienic conditions at the restaurant where I previously worked. Below is a detailed description of the observed issues: 1. Cleaning and Hygiene Issues Refrigerator: The refrigerator shelves and walls are very dirty. Mold is also visible due to inadequate cleaning. Food residue such as eggs and chicken blood contribute to contamination, posing a health risk to both employees and customers. Fryer: The fryer is not properly maintained. The oil is not changed frequently enough, resulting in constantly burned and contaminated oil. During cleaning, acid is used, which remains in the fryer and can be harmful. Drainage: The drainage system in the washing area is in very poor condition. A foul-smelling black liquid seeps from the floor when water is present, posing a health risk to employees. Furthermore, the sink used for washing dishes frequently suffers from standing water, causing flooding and further exacerbating hygiene problems. Oven: Trash cans are placed near the oven where bread is made, causing the oven racks to fill with trash. This situation is not only unhygienic but can also contaminate the food being prepared. 2. Safety Concerns Overhanging Shelves: There is a large shelf in the back that is not securely attached to the wall. On one occasion, it fell on a coworker. This incident was ignored, indicating negligence in workplace safety. 3. Management and Work Environment Issues Owner Behavior: The owner displays authoritarian and harassing behavior toward employees. He constantly monitors supervisors through cameras and communicates with staff to reprimand them. His fragile ego is evident, as he becomes upset if employees don't greet him. Scheduling preferences: There is clear favoritism in scheduling. Some employees work more than 8 hours a day, while others are sent home after only 2 hours. This discrimination negatively affects team morale. Working conditions: Working conditions are substandard and unsafe. In just one month, three employees were fired and one employee resigned due to the toxic work environment and low pay. Employees are penalized for minor errors and have their hours reduced without justification. Additionally, it has been observed that incorrect orders are intentionally placed against customers the owner dislikes. Conclusion In summary, the hygiene conditions are unacceptable, employee safety is at risk, and the work environment is toxic and unprofessional. I personally recommend that everyone not continue to eat or work at this establishment. This message replys to Priscilla V. Those pictures she attached looks very familiar to the day I went to wings n things. Unfortunately, there wasnt parking in the front so I went to park in the back. While I was parking I noticed the tall female and her co workers looking. Yes, it was kind of weird , but I over heard them saying that there were several cars that had been parked for more thsn an hour and weren't customers to none of the stores in the plaza. So I went in to wings n things and ordered. So I asked the cashier if I was allowed to park in the back and she said. As long as I came to any of the stores in their. Than she explained that a lot of cars park there and go to verizon or starbucks for a long time so soon theres no parking for us legit customers. Which is pretty understandable how it works. As I go back to the car the lady was still there but she kept saying how bad she would feel if she was to call the tow truck now in the holidays. So I stayed in my car for five minutes just to see about the cars. And best believe that every car I saw went to Starbucks or Verizon. I saw the lady go to starbucks and verizon. A few minutes later couple people moved their car so im guessing the tall lady told them that they couldn't park there. If the lady was such a bitch, rude, or had the car scratched she wouldn't be wasting her time going to warn people. I mean come on if I was going to scratch somebody's car I would do it but not go to warn people because obviously they are going to think its me. Priscilla you just have to many haters out there. And your just looking to blame it on someone just because you couldn't enjoy your cup of coffee. I'm a bit confused. Let me tell you why. So basically I have never really had a BAD experience with you guys. I mean you're a bit slow truly but its fine i'm a patient person. Other than that the food is always adequate. But reading these other reviews I am a bit confused. I have once heard from a dear friend that there was a very rude employee, she wasn't responding to me when I wrote this so I couldn't get her side of the story but you get the point. So if all i'm hearing and reading is true, maybe the manager has got to like be talked to. Customer service is important and I'm genuinely worried for your business after reading all of these reviews. But the food slaps. Buffalos fries... i miss them. So much. We ordered a family pack of 16 strips. We are lifetime customers since used to be wings n things. We never had an issue until today. I ate 5 strips, my son 2 and my wife 4 and was on her 5th when she found a hair in her food causing her to throw up. We immediately call to tell them and are told to bring food in for replacement and drove back to store. The manager comes put and says their policy since less than half order is left they will only replace half even though part of it my wife threw up. If they would have told me i would have brought her throw up too. I am appalled at lack of higiene and lack of customer service. So if you have an issue with your order make sure you bring even vomit it will help prove your case. read more

They weren't those sad, tiny wings you sometimes get but they were a decent size and super crispy. I went for the mango habanero sauce, which had a nice kick without being too much sweet.
