I also like how late they are open until - I've booked here for 9pm practice once. The place is really well decorated and welcoming. There's also a small lounge/seating area. They also have a lot of promotions. Prices are more reasonable with their promotions otherwise it's a bit in the pricier side, especially for regular practices.

It appears that the club…read morewill not take responsibility for a large number of members recently defrauded out of their initiation fees (up to $2500 each). Read comments below. To what Mayfair has responded - they are shifting blame towards the members. As this is not an isolated incident; the apparent authority of a membership services employee* and the clubs subsequent failure to take accountability for the loss of their members is extremely disappointing. Their revenues are hurting from the new upgrades and members getting fed up and leaving - it will surely only get worse until they become insolvent.

To my surprise, during this month of July, Mayfair was almost filled with students and swimming lessons through the day and members' right as a member are severely compromised. When I try to book a lane swimming this morning, there was almost nil openings until after 7 p.m. I think this is a serious breach of membership's rights under a contract for services with the club and someone should start a class action to seek a partial refund of the membership fees. I look forward to responses from members that will echo my grievances.

Nice community center where I come to play badminton during the weekends. It costs $4 to play from…read more3 pm to 5 pm, which is an awesome price, considering many other places charge anywhere from $6 to $8. There are 3 courts for badminton, and the same space is used for other sports. There is also a running track upstairs where you can run 19 laps, which is equivalent to 1 mile. There's also a nice swimming pool, along with an area for ping pong. I heard there is a workout room somewhere, but I have still yet to explore the rest of the facility. Just today I discovered some music rooms downstairs!!!! This community center keeps surprising me with new discoveries lol. The quality of this place is not too new, but it's not falling apart either. It is nicely maintained. The best part.... free parking lol.

There's a small but smart weight room, great pool, gym with a new floor and lots of multipurpose and studio space. For new parents, families new to the area, or anyone who wants to get or stay active, it's the perfect place. My only criticism ever was with the kids karate instructor. He seems to like to make kids cry, seems to have a chip on his shoulder and in general isn't that good at karate. That's one minus in 3 years of pluses, so whatever.

All's well at Chinguacousy Wellness…read more I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and actually had a great time. My gf took me here because her pass at Goodlife expired and tbh my expectations were low but this place made quite an impression on me. All the gym equipment is in the middle of the room and there is a track that goes around it. It's neat how they managed to incorporate a track like that because now you never have to wait for a treadmill. At the corners of the track, there are spaces to do stretches/mattress exercises. The best part is the huge windows that allow lots of natural light to come in. The one thing I didn't like about the Goodlife in BCC is that it is in a basement and there are zero windows. So it was great to walk into Wellness Centre and be able to absorb that vitamin D while working out. To top it off, they lemon flavoured water that you can choose to drink if you get tired of regular water! Yeah, I really liked this place. The only negative would be that it's still a pretty small gym compared to the Goodlife gym nearby (main competitor). The great set up of the equipment kind of makes up for the smaller space but I find there's a bit more wait time for the equipment during peak hours than at Goodlife. Overall fantastic gym, I was impressed.
