Cynthia and her staff were amazing in helping and making sure our event ran smoothly from the beginning until the end. 10/10 would recommend hosting your events here. Will definitely be recommending this venue to friends and family. Once again thank you Cynthia!

First off, week day was at much more affordable rate, so if you are looking to have a bit more saving suggest you book on a weekday. Everybody was so accommodating and helpful! I think our photos speak for itself how beautiful this venue was without breaking the bank.

We had our wedding here last month, and it was so beautiful - like seriously! It was important for…read moreus to celebrate in our favorite city and pick a place that was local for everyone to join us. The indoor/outdoor rooftop, Tulum style interior, and LA skyline made our day perfect. Our guests loved being able to mingle and dance while enjoying the gorgeous view of the city especially during summer. Oh, and they also have AC which was refreshing. We rented the Photo Booth offered by our host and couldn't be happier. It was an elegant, high quality booth too that produced nice photos. The bartenders were friendly and personable which was greatly appreciated. On the same floor as Savanna, there is a brand new rooftop bar called Florentìn which we were able to enjoy for about an hour after our wedding ended. The music was our vibe as well, we love some R&B. Overall, if you're looking for a modern wedding venue with a beautiful interior in DTLA w/ Valet - this is your spot! Bonus: The owner helped us book valet, bartenders, furniture and everything. AND they offer a Live Web Cam later in the evening that displays on the outdoor deck, so freaking fun lol Probably one of our favorite features. Shout out to Max for creating such an iconic venue! His entire team was professional and generous with their time. Enjoy some pics from the night' We loved having our event here and hope you will too!

Honestly the customer service piece alone makes me want to try to book the venue for myself. I absolutely recommend this place!! And that says a lot because I hate going into LA since I generally stay in my OC bubble lol

Pretty much everyone was complaining about her. There was also an issue with the drinks. She was giving guests a hard time about opening a different case of drinks because the first one wasn't finished. Like, what?! The alcohol was purchased and provided by the people throwing the party, so I don't understand why she was deciding what they could or couldn't open. The hall is nice and somewhat modern, but between how hot it was and the bartender's attitude, it definitely took away from the experience.

Everything ran smoothly, and the night turned out better than we could have imagined. We are so grateful to Melanie and her team and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event. It was like the coolest venue and people would come in with these great ideas and completely decorated and it would look different every single time you'd go to the space I saw that the sign says it is up for rent so it is permanently closed, but the business still throws parties just I think they usually use the Mondrian. UC would throw these epic themed parties... I live in walking distance so I would take a roadie and walk on over and it was always something fun like a Brazilian Samba night they had Coachella Chic, and WWD Fashion Week. I loved getting all dressed up and then you know, taking pictures of the step and repeat and meeting so many different people from all over... it's not the same at the Mondrian first of all I have to get there. I can't just walk to the Mondrian and there's just something about the parties that is just not the same so this event space was amazing. I see it's for rent now. I can't imagine how much it would cost to rent out that space and have it full. At least every other weekend to make your rent. I don't know if any of it is non-for-profit I have no idea but it's gotta be a big chunk of changed to rent that space cause it's a really big space. It goes way back. You can't tell how big it is from looking at it on the street so I will always have my fond memories of this place and hopefully they find a different space to open.
