First impressions were good and then things slowly went downhill after that. Because my husband has been ill and I work out of state a lot we kind of let things slide until I started to see green slime and debris in the pool often after they had serviced it which is weekly. I understand our pool is old and we are currently getting bids on refurbishing the entire pool and deck but simple servicing should not be affected by the age of the pool. When the owner came out after a complaint he clearly said it needed to be shocked but why the guy who comes every week could not identify that and take care of it is beyond me. The weekly cleaning guy comes in and barely scrubs down the sides of the pool. We have a rather large pool and spa and it the whole brushing process takes him less than 2 minutes from start to finish. I have never seen him scrub the spa and have to continually ask him to do so every week. The vacuuming takes a little longer but not by much. Our pool is starting to have some chips and after he vacuums I can go right out and see the same chips that were there before he arrived. When he extends his pole for brushing he frequently hits the top of our screened in roof and I am afraid he will puncture it if not watched carefully. My husband had to speak to him twice as after he vacuums he takes the contents and umps them right outside our screened area where we walk and leaves a mess. That didn't happen more than twice as my husband got pretty mad. The whole cleaning process from start to finish never took more than 10-15 minutes. Recently we had an issue and the owner came over and did a brief servicing and cleaning of the filter which we were told when we hired them that this was an annual service. I can understand paying for any parts but not the service which we had been told was included but once a year only and this was once a year. He never charged us the first time so why he can say it was not included now is beyond me. The cost went up significantly this year and the service went down. Needless to say my husband cancelled our service today. I do not recommend this company to anyone who cares at all about the servicing of their pool. Although the owner is very responsive he rarely takes ownership for what has occurred or his employees. All I got told was he has never had anyone complain and this particular employee who has been with him for years. That is not listening to what the customer has to say at all. I have been in a senior leadership role in health care for many years and know what customer service is about and how critical it is to any good business. This company does not demonstrate that all. To say you have never had any complaints and then to find multiple online is kind of naïve as to what people are saying about your company, Find another pool service company that you can trust and puts you the customer first not this one at all!

Our salesperson Glen first met us at our house and helped us plan a pool that would fit into our small yard. Then there was plenty of options to choose from in their showroom, and he provided us with excellent advice on the finishes and choices. Once the project got underway, there were no unpleasant surprises, and Robert the project manager became our contact. Robert operates at a next level of excellence that made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. While scheduling every step of the pool construction he kept us in the loop and was very accommodating to our requests to integrate multiple other projects into the timeline (generator and tiki hut) so that other companies had access to the yard at important moments, such as after the pool was "shot" but before the pavers went down etc. All of the contractors involved (electric, plumbing, digging, concrete, paving etc.) were professional, polite and knowledgeable and did excellent work. Jimmy, , the other Jimmy, and Travis wrapped things up with us in the final days, and again they were knowledgeable, professional and polite. This is the second time we have installed a pool from scratch (previously we did one in New Mexico), so we had a previous experience to compare this to. Natural Springs Pools was notably faster, more detailed, and more organized than our previous NM experience. We are thrilled with the final result and happy to recommend them!

After reviewing several companies, I gave Mark a call. He came out to my property the next day and assessed my pool and all of my pool equipment. We wanted to do a saltwater pool, but with additional expenses we had incurred from the house, we could not. Mark worked with us and provided us several alternatives for getting our pool up and running. Once we finalized everything, he and his team were out at our place working diligently. The pool looked amazing after they were finished. Mark also returned after our initial cleaning service because we were not home and could not monitor the pool filling, so he kindly left a fill timer on our hose. Aside from doing a great job, Mark really cares about his customers. He is readily available when you need him and takes care of you as soon as possible. He understands what taking care of a customer means and goes beyond what I expect from my service. He is knowledgeable and provides honest guidance, all for a fair price. Our sales person (Dan Meyer) took the time to thoroughly explain every detail to us so we knew exactly what to expect. My husband and I are finance professionals and really take our time evaluating all options before making a decision. Dan was extremely patient with us through the process. We appreciated that the company provided an itemized breakdown of the costs for us so we knew exactly where every dollar spent was going towards. Dan also did a wonderful job creating a unique design for our pool/spa combo. Every other company that came out to give us quotes just drew a basic rectangle shaped pool, but Dan really put time and thought into his design and it showed! We also appreciated that Larsen's provided an all-in quote and would return funds if things weren't needed (like well points), compared to other companies that provided us lower quotes to "win the business", but then said there could be additional expenses. As finance professionals, we like to know exactly how much the project could cost and really appreciated this approach. Once construction began we worked with Jason and things moved quickly!
