    Drew and Andrew were fantastic guys to work with. We recently completed the build of a new house and after all the work of packing, moving, and unpacking - the last thing we wanted to do was hang 4 interior ceiling fans, 3 exterior ceiling fans, 3 carriage lights, 2 chandeliers, 2 pendant lights, and a partridge in a pear tree. Okay, there wasn't a partridge or a pear tree... but the rest is true. Anyway, we were referred to Epic Home Pro by someone we trust and our experience confirms the value we put into the referrals from friends. Drew and Andrew were personable while being focused on delivering a quality service experience. We felt comfortable having them in our house and our 3 dogs loved having them around. Everything looks fantastic. Epic Home Pro's attention to detail appeals to us and we are truly ECSTATIC by the end result. If you are considering various companies to help you with anything around the house, you might as well just stop as you have found the RIGHT company.     So we just fired Marshall Pool service today after their Tech Anthony did his standard weekly…read moreservice and lied about brushing the walls of our pool and cleaning the filter basket (not the first time as we discovered). As a military veteran, one thing I value is integrity. I have no motive for dishonesty and I am compelled to share so others are aware. Here are the facts-- - The pool needed to be cleaner when we contacted Tia Marshall and we questioned the scale and debris on the walls which we spotted less than 3hrs after Anthony's departure. - This prompted us to question Anthony's write-up on the pool filter cartridges needing replacement (this is a 7-month-old pool). - When we complained, Tia defended him and mentions Anthony's GPS shows he was present at our address for just under 30min-- our camera footage showed him entering our pool area at 9:17 (while he was on the phone with Tia) and leaving at 9:24 just under 7min. - He did not brush the walls as he claimed nor thoroughly skim the pool or clean out the basket. She had no knowledge of whether he did this or not. - Anthony has shown up several times while on his phone and left with our pool pump in service mode 3 times. We've had to contact Tia repeatedly regarding this problem as the pool won't shutoff when in this mode-- ran for two days continuously until we caught it this 3rd time. - After this incident, we reviewed past camera footage and realized that this wasn't the first time Anthony short-changed our service-- and we discovered this for the first time yesterday and shared this with Tia. - At no point did Tia stop to consider the facts we shared and give the customer the benefit of the doubt. She was defensive from the outset. - After several back-and-forth exchanges, I asserted the pool tech was a liar based on the video footage and what my wife witnessed-- she was also watching him and home two days ago. - I also called Tia ridiculous because after all the information I shared she said I had not told her what her tech had not done. - This could've been resolved with an apology and a word with her technician. I ended service after her continued arguing.
