Our 1949 Park Hill home still had its galvanized plumbing when we bought it last year, and while…read morenothing had failed yet we knew it was time to replace it before it did. Just Plumbing installed new PEX pipes for a really reasonable price (well below other estimates, nearly a third of the cost of one estimate we received!) The crew (Johnny and Chris) showed up right on time, worked fast, cleaned up well, were friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions, and got the job done within a day (around 8 hours from start to finish!). While this obviously necessitated cutting many, many holes in our plaster (on gypsum board) walls Chris did his best to save as many pieces as possible to patch them. The plumbing passed code inspection by the city of Denver, and works great - our water pressure is improved and we're no longer worried about our pipes catastrophically meeting their demise (and flooding our house). The crew also replaced our old shower valve with a new Kohler one, and went to the trouble of replacing the trim kit for us as well (which I had already purchased ahead of time). Just before our re-pipe our water heater decided to die, so Bill gave us a good price on a new one with install - which will happen next week, after the holiday weekend. We're planning on renovating our downstairs bathroom in the next year or so, and would not hesitate to call Just Plumbing again for that plumbing work - I would be more than happy to work with Chris, Johnny, or Bill anytime in the future! (Oh! Also, both the women I spoke to at the office for invoicing/billing and scheduling were super friendly and easy to work with.)

Would not recommend as this seems overpriced and that lady needs to work on her customer service skills. Giving 2 stars because I will admit that they were able to get out there fast and the work they did was fine (hose bib replaced and separate upstairs hose rerouted to a drain).

Others have quoted over the phone $250-$450 (but they can't get to it until late next week at the earliest). The water heater itself would be $1500 to replace! There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400! He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free. All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day. WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!

Mainline Services - Finished up the 1st phase Pipeline Inspection, the guys are now laying down the rebar for the concrete pour on the next phase.

Plumbline Services came to my grandmother's house and quoted her a $9000 patch job, thankfully for the amazing and honest work mainline did they found Plumbline was lying and trying to scam an elderly person for thousands of dollars. Thank you Mainline and the amazing work you do and we are so thankful for you!

After having my sewer lines cleaned out by the terrific Joe McCloud from Diamondback Drains (recommended as step #1 by Mainline), I had the Mainline service rep come out to scope out my line. He did a great job and explained every step of what he was doing. He scoped my sewer line out to the street and found that there were no breaks or cracks or irregularities anywhere in my line. A different and well-known plumbing company had tried to tell me a year ago that all of my pipes were cracked and needed to be replaced---to the tune of almost $15,000. Thank goodness I resisted that other company's dishonest, hard-sell pitch. Mainline is efficient, reasonably priced, friendly and HONEST. If you want great service and do not want to be lied to or price-gauged, call Mainline.
