One of the other customers suggested Suds Up Carwash, so we went and I am so glad we did! I fully expected to just have the dirt and dried mud sprayed off. What I didn't expect was the white glove treatment. When you drive up, they spray down your car and 4 guys start cleaning with wash mitts. They even thoroughly inspect the windshield to make sure it is clean with no bug splatters. Then you drive in and another 2-3 guys again wash down your car, then the automatic wash runs. Afterwards, you will go through 2 dry stations with a couple more guys working each. Since they have a pretty good size crew, it doesn't take long. I was fully prepared to clean my Jeep when I returned home, but they did such a fantastic job, I don't need to. I wish they could open a car wash closer to where I live because I would definitely support this business regularly! Thanks for an amazing job!

This Zips North Main St Roswell NM location, has upon entry, broken credit card machines, having to wait for an attendant to swipe your card using apple tap on ipad, no paper receipt available, apparently it was also broken. Should have been an indicator, but I was patient and decided to anyway. Pulled in, not much attention to prescrub, machine started and advanced. My 2013 Jeep Sahara Unlimited got about halfway in, the upper rotating brush for the hood and windshield came down and immediately bounced and slammed the windshield twice shattering it. It felt like the tracks skipped as the jeep felt like it was being shook in all directions. Literally felt like a Final Destination scene. The jeep finally inched out but the wash was out of sequence. Devastated I snapped a photo before exiting to show the windshield smashed in the center like a butterfly across the entire thing. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. Pulled around to see the attendant to notify him and get an incident report. He pulled up the ipad, fumbled through a form, not very well it seemed as he asked me to repeat my information, email, phone, address, VIN, and took photos of my jeep. I thought OK they will be in contact and hopefully get this resolved expeditiously. I have not seen a follow up email of the claim ticket# or incident. So I did a follow up email online and submitted these same photos. I did receive an auto-response email stating the help ticket was received at 4:41pm through their Facebook (zipscarwash.com). As of today 5/11/26, I have not received any contact by their claims team by person or by phone call.

Update: I was stuck in the car wash for about an hour, unable to open any of the doors to my vehicle. Two firefighters arrived to pull the arms off my car so I could drive out. The manager happened to see the firetruck and drove over to investigate. After showing the scratches on my car to the manager, he gave me the impression that he would make the situation right by directing me to an individual at a specific body shop. Two days later when I returned with the cost of the repairs, the manager called me shady and hung up on me after saying that there is a sign on the premise stating they are not responsible for damage (these signs generally do not release a company from liability and are mostly a scare tactic) My options are now to file through my insurance, take the matter to small claims, or eat the cost of repair.
