I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

This wasn't just a matter of covering the opening -- he rebuilt the area properly, insulated it, replaced the drywall and exterior siding, and finished everything so it blends back into the existing wall. Marc was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. We're getting our house ready to sell, so having this repair done properly was really important to us, and we're extremely happy with the result. You'd never know there had been a doggie door there. I also really appreciate that Ace Services WA stands behind their work with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. That kind of guarantee says a lot about a company and the confidence they have in the quality of their work. Great workmanship, fair price, and a job very well done. I would absolutely use Ace Services WA again and recommend Marc to anyone needing home repairs.
