Recently her dishwasher started getting water inside even when she wasn't using it and leaking onto the floor. I contacted Rescue Plumbing after seeing they had good reviews on Yelp and had them go over to take a look for me. I live north of Seattle and couldn't get over there right away. They identified that the dishwasher wasn't hooked up correctly and water was backflowing through the drain hose into the washer. They also noticed the garbage disposal was indeed hooked up incorrectly with the wrong p-trap which was adding to the problem. They described to me over the phone what the problem was and went to work replumbing everything under the sink and repositioning the dishwasher drain hose so that it wouldn't backfill. Everything is working great now as it should and they gave me a military discount since I am retired military. My mom sent me pictures and it looks great! I was told the technician would call when they were on their way. We were home all day on Friday, expecting someone to show up for the service call. At 2:15 pm, when no one showed up, and we did not receive a phone call, I called Basin Refrigeration and the lady told me the technician probably got hung up on another call. I told her that the technician should have at least called to let us know. She checked with the technician and then told me he would be at our house within an hour. I informed her that if he did not show up within an hour, I wanted to cancel the service call. About 5 minutes later I received a call from a different lady at Basin Refrigeration, and she told me the only time they could guarantee that a technician would be at my house is if I booked for the first thing in the am! She then asked me if I wanted to cancel the service call, since they could not guarantee the technician would make it to my house today, the same day as the service call was scheduled. I cancelled the service call. Told her that if the service call was set up for Noon-2pm and I wasn't home when they showed up, they would be upset and mark me down as a "no show". I would not, under any circumstances recommend this company for any air conditioning, heating, plumbing or otherwise.

I took the day off to get my septic tank pumped. I called Basis Septic at 3:00 because I hadn't…read moreheard from them. The guy that answered the phone didn't write down that I scheduled for Friday so they didn't even have me on their schedule. The receptionist was very helpful. I talked to her the week before and she called the crew to put me on their schedule. A guy got to my house at 6:00 pm. He opened my septic and told me this was not my septic and where was it. He asked if my toilets were working, if the alarm went off for the septic tank and that I was going to need an electrician. I had turned the breaker off because of the alarm and I don't need an electrician! He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted him to pump it anyway. I told him no. I will never do business with Basin Septic. This is not how you treat people.

we called this company with recomdation of or real estate agent we had house sold but needed septic…read morepumped and inspection of drainfeild for sale they came out and pumped tank said it was a single compartment 800 gallon tank and did drain feild inspection and stated it was bad and needed to be replaced we had never had any issues with the system we lost the sale we had the drain feild dug up and found the lid to the other half of tank which was a two compartmennt tank 1250 gallon there inspection of drain feild was them chemo g level in second compartment of tank when we call Ellen them and explained situation to them they wanted full price to come out and resumption tank and reinspect finally after talking to management they offered to reinspect drain feild without charge but I would need to pay again to pump tank I went with tee pee septic thy came out and pumped the tank and inspected the drain feild which was good and passed inspection and the cost was less than what basin wanted to just resumption the tank do not use this company they seem incompetent and worse whenever given the chance to make it somewhat right for the mistake they were not response able to do the right thing
