They were always on time, efficient, and did a great job installing five Velux Sundome solar tubes in my home, repairing a leak in the roof, removing moss from the roof, and installing a drip edge under the shingles next to the gutters. He did several other small repairs Including tacking down flashing and caulking around the roof vents just to make sure that everything was in great shape. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home looking tidy. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Rogelio!

They worked well around my 'caretakers' schedule at the home, as well... Always courteous and did all that was promised. I was concerned with the fact it has older vinyl siding on the house, but Simon not only listened to my concerns, but saw to it that it was done properly (correct paint) so there should be no problems of 'peeling' over time. They even applied extra coat on fading vinyl siding and on the trim that was not covering as well. And kept me informed on every step of the job! *THANK YOU!!! Judy Cole *Before & After photos of my brother's home are currently posted on MARIAN PAINTING advertising. Again, a great job on this "very much needed" project! **Simon, I'll definitely keep you in mind for referrals and any/all other paint projects I may have for you later! :-)

We're getting our house ready to sell, so having this repair done properly was really important to us, and we're extremely happy with the result. You'd never know there had been a doggie door there. I also really appreciate that Ace Services WA stands behind their work with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. That kind of guarantee says a lot about a company and the confidence they have in the quality of their work. Great workmanship, fair price, and a job very well done. I would absolutely use Ace Services WA again and recommend Marc to anyone needing home repairs.
