This place is a gem! I was highly recommended to Holly by a client of mine. I called her last minute *fingers crossed* hoping she could squeeze me in before my trip to Vegas. Not only did she squeeze me in, she was able to meet me within 30 minutes. Talk about going above and beyond customer service! Holly is sweet and friendly, like visiting an aunt you've known your whole life. She really makes you feel welcome. The salon is on Broadway and there was no problem finding street parking right out front. (Again, on a Saturday evening). The service itself was quick but not rushed through. I went in for a tan last week and had such a great experience. Holly was so nice and accommodating, the salon was also super clean and located in the amazing Broadway corridor in Long Beach. Let me start by saying I'm a true self/spray tan fanatic and I love Envy spray tans in every way!! I've gotten 4 or 5 sprays tans with Holly and they've been perfect each time. The studio is easy to find and I always find close parking even in the evening. Holly is a doll. She truly cares about you and your tan. She's very fast but efficient. I'm usually there about 15 minutes total and leave with a perfectly even tan. My tan will last about a week and then gradually fades away with no ugly leftover spots!! My fiancee and her friend had an appointment on Saturday May 28th for an airbrush tanning session. She was trying to get ready for her bridal shower the following day. However, when she showed up, the business was closed and the owner was nowhere to be found. They called several times and left several messages, however there was no response by the business. I don't know if this woman was too busy with her "cool" and "celebrity" clients that she seems so fond of posting pictures of, but this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Things happen and appointments can be canceled, but to be totally unresponsive and ignore two potential clients is just appalling. As of 6/1/16 the business owner has made no attempt to follow up with her no show. My fiancee's original review is below. It appears to have been filtered. ":( I had an appointment today for a spray tan for my bridal shower tomorrow. My maid of honor and I waited an hour and called several times and nobody showed up. I can always depend on her for an even, natural looking tan (not orange like at other places) that can last for weeks, especially when I use her tan extender lotion. That stuff works like a charm! I bought a LS deal with Holly and was pretty happy with it. She was extremely nice and quick, which was good for me. Right in LB and literally like 5 mins from my house. I was also really glad not to have to wait a long time or anything. I was a little disappointed with my color but that was my own fault. I was nervous I would be too orange, so I asked her not to go as dark. I just wish I would have gone darker since I was hoping to look tan for a wedding I was going to that weekend but it was not really noticeable by the time the wedding rolled around. Holly is awesome. I was very happy with the spray tan I received before a Vegas trip for my friends Bday! Someone even commented on my tan at the Blackjack table! I love the color, it was very even (and I am super picky) The bottom of my feet got tan (not in a good way) but I can only imagine with all the tanner floating around in there it would be hard to avoid that.
