Angel is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I believe I've been seeing her for about 2 years I was with her previous business before Lashing It Up and it was a beautiful salon. She offered clean blankets, drinks, and (some) snacks each visit! She taught me a lot about lash extension techniques and hygiene. I've tried different styles and loved every one of them. Even when the retention didn't last long one time, she used a different lash glue and that worked better for me! I followed her to her individual business next and that salon is beautiful as well. She doesn't charge extra for cleaning your lashes before the service, which is nice! Her services are affordable for her having her own salon and great lashes. And if you're running late, she doesn't get upset. She's very understandable as a business owner. When covid hit, she waited until proper guidelines were lifted to start seeing people again. She was so accommodating and took extra sanitization measures and extra time out of her day to see clients. All of her clients love her and I always recommend her to people! read more

The only reason I didnt give one star is because Angel was very nice and accomodating two weeks ago when she did my hybrid "light" lashes. Unfortunately the lashes were to thin and did not stick. 50% had fallen out within 24 hours. I would have probably given her 4 stars 2weeks ago, even after they fell out, because these things can happen. I have been wearing lashes for many yrs and this is only 2nd time its happen to me, it's rare but happens. I would not fault the cosmetician ( unless they had not placed correctly or used appropriate glue). My rating and what is very upsetting is I was trying to schedule a follow up fill appointment. I just let her know what happened , to suggest she use different a slightly wider lash ( not to heavy, but not so light they dont stay or a different glue). She became so defensive, even though I was not asking for a refund, or a discount or anything special. I would have called her the very next day. She refused to give me a follow up appointment, simply for telling her what happen. I feel very strongly about this because as a woman, it is not easy to tell anyone that is involved with grooming ( be it a hair Stylist, eyelash tech, etc.) that you are not happy with it. But it is your right to speak up about any service you are paying for if unhappy, and should not be bullied or intimated for doing so. A good professional learns from this as opposed to being offended. read more
