They had an appraisal added in my loan which I paid $1000 for my appraisal out-of-pocket. That thousand dollars that I paid I was told by Steven and Justin that it would be paid the day of closing. It was not now they have my number blocked and cannot get in touch with them and no one is responding to my messages. I would not recommend using that team. I'm sure turbo mortgage is great, but these guys go around and round in circles and are not very professional.
