Fast forward to Gisela, Paredes. She is very approachable and relatable. She takes as much time to devote to her patients as possible. She is not only my primary physician but has also seen both my of two younger kids. She is capable of treating over a virtual appointment, in person, and so forth. I cannot expresss how much she seizes to amaze me and I look forward to her future growth in the medical field.

They will spend time with you. To me, it feels like a small-town atmosphere where they actually know you as a person instead of as just another patient.

We had to clarify multiple times about my families prescription, which left us feeling uneasy and not well cared for. In addition, their bedside manner was poor. Communication felt dismissive, with little effort to listen or explain things in a respectful way. As the patient, we expect clarity and empathy--neither of which was received by our visit. I hope Dr. Kling takes this as constructive feedback and invests in improving both their clinical knowledge and patient communication. Until then, I would recommend looking elsewhere for more attentive and competent care.

This has been as different times on different days for multiple weeks and still nothing. So, based on their hours that their phone line has I drove all the way over there and their door is locked. During office hours! Also the office hours on their door are different from those on their phone. I just need to fix a simple billing issue. Even my insurance can't contact them. This is ridiculous and so frustrating. So, here's the office hours on their door. And here's what their phone says: Mon-Thurs 8-12,2-5, Fri 8-12. Closed weekends and holidays. The after hours person has no idea what's going on in the office and can't give any information on how to get ahold of them either. I guess I'll be driving another 30 minutes over here another day to try this again. Very disappointed.
