I called the office at 9am and discussed my plight with Kristin and Patty. They were kind, patient, and VERY efficient. I was able to get my eye doctor to fax them my prescription, I stopped in the store to choose a basic frame, and in a couple of hours a basic replacement pair of glasses were ready for us to pick up and continue our journey to other states. $125 well worth it. Bottom line, Performance Vision Care saved my vacation and the staff was awesome.

My wife called around and it was suggested to call PVC to see how quickly they could get me a new set of glasses. Well, I got my doctor to send over my prescription and then left the park around 10:30am. I made it to PVC by just after 11am and picked out a pair of frames. Kristen told me it would be about an hour for my new glasses. After only about 35 minutes, they came out with my new glasses and fitted them. I made it back to the park soon after and think I was only gone for a total of just over 2 hrs. A true life saver to PVC as they came through for me in a desperate situation.
