We always worry when we take our babies to a new place..especially during COVID, when you can't go inside with them and check a place out. I was worried he might be stressed going to a new place, but I was happily surprised when I picked him up and he acted perfectly fine. He has been getting groomed at the same place for 6 years..and I have to say this is the best groom he has ever had! Maryanne made sure every spot was perfectly perfect....his ears, nails, tail, tummy, face etc. were trimmed perfectly! I could not be more pleased with the results and want to give a good review for taking great care of my fur baby!!

First, the receptionist tells me she's busy and I need to call back later. When I call back, she informs me they're not accepting new patients. Then she puts me on hold and finally finds my records. We go to the appointment; a new girl comes into the room, takes my dog and then returns (she does not introduce herself and I assume she's taking him to weigh). The receptionist then tells me my bill is ready!!! I said I was waiting to see the doctor. Come to find out, the girl who took my dog was actually the doctor. Not once did she say who she was or ask why we made the appointment!!! Absolutely no communication whatsoever!!!! Ohhhhh and the bill was $550!!!!! Come to find out, they had my records mixed-up with someone else's. I was never able to find out what they did (or did not do) for my dog Incompetent does not even begin to describe the terrible mistake the entire staff made that day. I will NEVER return there or recommend them to anyone.

Awful experience, hire people who actually know what their doing so more pets don't die…read more Took my kitten in Nova 6/20/2024 Dr.Krupsky was her "VET" sad excuse for one I think she may need to go back to the university. Anyway we came in to the vet due to her not feeling well the past 2 days, she had an incident with a dog where she had gotten bit in her lower abdomen. She told me she had an abscess that it was not that much of a concern. She took her temp and she was at 106 Wich is life threatening. She took no immediate action to help her. I also told her that she hasn't ate or drank anything in the past two days and they did nothing. No Ivs to renourish her nothing. She was clearly dehydrated due to the heat this week. But they didn't care. All they wanted is money they took exrays of her and a catogram I believe (scan of the lungs). I heard nova crying in the room with them as they were laughing. She came back with a little blood it looked like on a towel they had drained a little bit of the fluid in the abscess to see what it was. But all that did was make it bigger. They prescribed antibiotics for me to take home. They never said that she was in immediate danger. She died in my arms that night, there was nothing I could do I tried giving her CPR for a half an hour. The nearest vet was an hour and a half away and I was too late. I went In the next day obviously furious, the receptionist brought out the practice manager whatever that is. She brought me to a back room away from clients so they wouldn't know how poor of a job they did. I told told her everything that transpired the day prior. And told her that the doc had failed her. She proceeded to say and argue with me that it was not their fault and it wasn't their problem. " She could of died from something else, not related to the injury" No I'm pretty sure I knew if my cat was healthy or not before the incident you dumb fuck. She then proceeded to say you know this how "because of your vet degree" No sympathy at all for nova or accountability PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY AND THATS IT.
