Mike and the guys removed the old flooring that had 2 layers of old subfloor and 3 layers of flooring. They put down a new subfloor and (LVP) Luxury vinyl plank flooring all in the 5 days time frame. I can't say enough about these guys. They powered through everything and got the job done one time with great quality work. As a landlord this is super import to get the units back on the market fast with quality work and at a reasonable price. Thanks Mike!

He did an excellent job completing it with great care and with no damage to the freshly painted trim and walls and absolutely no mess left behind. What really stood out however, was how far he went beyond the scope of his work to answer questions we had about other carpet in our home as well as explained options for handling doorway trim. His professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help were truly appreciated.

With any new home build, there will be a few items that need some follow up. In our house we had…read moresome trouble with the new, factory-built kitchen appliances. Although this was absolutely no fault of Valentino Homes, we were shocked and delighted by how well they took care of us. When the appliance store didn't have employees working on a Friday afternoon, the owner of Valentino Homes personally picked up a loaner oven and brought it to our house. They employ an incredibly sweet person specifically to help follow up homes post sale. She followed up with the appliance company on our behalf multiple times. My husband pointed out tonight how amazing it is that Valentino has all of their own tradespeople ready to step in at a moments notice. In the past few weeks we've had plumbers, electricians, gas line inspectors all come to the house with very little notice and do great work to help fix our faulty gas oven and dishwasher. Without exception they have been friendly, courteous and tidy. I have always felt comfortable with them being around our young children. The details in the house are spectacular, the more we get to know the house the more we appreciate the nuances. The tiles in the bathroom are lined up so that the patterns match. The painting on the ceiling is perfect, even the shelves in the kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are color matched to our home's color scheme instead of left unfinished. When we purchased the home we asked Valentino to finish the basement. It looks just as beautiful as the main floors and we were so pleased that they finished sooner than we ever dreamed possible. Valentino has great project managers, dedicated tradespeople and a real desire to deliver an excellent product. With three kids under 6 and baby on the way- we sure appreciate our lovely Valentino home! Rachel

From the beginning, Rafal was easy to communicate with and took the time to explain the process, timeline, and what to expect. He kept us updated throughout the project, which made a big difference and gave us confidence that everything was being done properly. The quality of the work is excellent. You can tell they focus on proper base preparation and attention to detail, and the finished patio looks great and feels very solid. Everything was completed on time and the site was left clean and organized. In addition, the price-quality relationship was great. The cost was very reasonable for the level of workmanship and professionalism provided. If you're looking for a reliable landscaping contractor in Saskatoon for paving stones, retaining walls, or general landscaping work, I would definitely recommend PLCPlus Landscaping.

Would recommend -- my house has officially had a glow-up…read more I hired this painter to paint our house and was fully prepared for the usual experience: questionable paint lines, random splatters, a price that makes you question your life choices, and wondering if "professional painter" actually means "guy with a paint roller." Thankfully, NONE of that happened! He did an absolutely fantastic job. The attention to detail was great, everything looks clean and professional, and our house looks like it got a very expensive makeover -- without the very expensive price tag. And speaking of the price... exceptionally reasonable. Like, suspiciously reasonable. I kept waiting for the hidden fee to appear. If you need a painter who actually knows what they're doing, does beautiful work, and doesn't charge you like he's personally painting the Sistine Chapel, hire this guy. 10/10. Our house looks amazing, our wallet is still alive, and I have zero complaints -- which, frankly, is rare.
