I picked up flooring materials from here and ran into probs with 2 defective ones right away but…read moredidn't care much because i had already got enough and some extra for runoff avoided their installers because I have a solid contractor from a buddy later on and still in the warranty some of the ones had defects like thinness that made cracks and separations it seemed to be towards but not quite on the ends the other ones were fine no issues even with the extras i had i didn't have enough to make up the difference with the defective ones so i needed to get the new ones under warranty. but these guys dont do warranty when you need it had all the papers some of the original boxes pictures even the defective ones everything. other flooring companies never had this issue and im never doing business here again like i said its not all of them just some defective so i dunno i give them 2 stars but 1 is better shoulda done ur warranty on those ones what can u say read reviews i guess

Keep in mind I have been a contractor for 30 yrs, so I know what I'm talking about, quality of workmanship, pride of job well done is not in Prestige's vocabulary. Carl is in my option a scam artist that is more concerned with quantity over quality Our meeting about them repairing the bullnose mouldings was as such " take me to court" well Carl see you in court! Stopped in to look for carpet, living room and 3 bedrooms. Service was good and experience seemed…read moregood. We were happy with the quote so had the carpet installed. We had agreed to do baseboards and furniture moving ourselves. As well as removal of old carpet. When we were crawling around installing baseboards the day after install there were 2 rooms we found broken knife blades lodged in the carpet.... We then went through all carpet areas carefully before letting kid and dogs roam the house. Fast forward under a year later all our high traffic areas were flat and wouldn't stand up. Even after following recommend vacuuming and steam cleaning intervals. Dealt with the store and they were decent. Ended up getting us replacement warranty coverage so we again agreed to remove all stuff and they would install only. Seemed to go good. They recommended a multi height position vacuum to prevent this from happening, we previously owned a good expensive electrolux. So we purchased a multi position vacuum. Fast forward 6 months, following same recommendations and intervals. Carpet is flat again in high traffic areas. This was supposed to be a high traffic pet friendly carpet. Have tried contacting and working with the store and there has been little to no help this time around. Pretty frustrating we now own 2 vacuums based on recommendations to aid the problem and still have bad carpet. Would not recommend going to this store.

At first this wasn't a problem but then I had to get the estimate redone. Still no problem. But then came the time to put in part of the flooring and I've had non stop issues with them and the contractors pointing fingers and saying how they need to each do it. Came to the point that one contractor had to phone this place to figure out what is going on. This contractor was then told that the second part, the part I had to add on later, onto the estimat, was non existence. Also they never return calls, plus when someone else offers to help over the phone meh they can't do anything because you're not their client!! This place is a joke. Last time I deal with them. Let's hope we get to the finished result

He did an excellent job completing it with great care and with no damage to the freshly painted trim and walls and absolutely no mess left behind. What really stood out however, was how far he went beyond the scope of his work to answer questions we had about other carpet in our home as well as explained options for handling doorway trim. His professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help were truly appreciated.
