Mike and the guys removed the old flooring that had 2 layers of old subfloor and 3 layers of flooring. They put down a new subfloor and (LVP) Luxury vinyl plank flooring all in the 5 days time frame. I can't say enough about these guys. They powered through everything and got the job done one time with great quality work. With any new home build, there will be a few items that need some follow up. In our house we had…read moresome trouble with the new, factory-built kitchen appliances. Although this was absolutely no fault of Valentino Homes, we were shocked and delighted by how well they took care of us. When the appliance store didn't have employees working on a Friday afternoon, the owner of Valentino Homes personally picked up a loaner oven and brought it to our house. They employ an incredibly sweet person specifically to help follow up homes post sale. She followed up with the appliance company on our behalf multiple times. My husband pointed out tonight how amazing it is that Valentino has all of their own tradespeople ready to step in at a moments notice. In the past few weeks we've had plumbers, electricians, gas line inspectors all come to the house with very little notice and do great work to help fix our faulty gas oven and dishwasher. Without exception they have been friendly, courteous and tidy. I have always felt comfortable with them being around our young children. The details in the house are spectacular, the more we get to know the house the more we appreciate the nuances. The tiles in the bathroom are lined up so that the patterns match. The painting on the ceiling is perfect, even the shelves in the kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are color matched to our home's color scheme instead of left unfinished. When we purchased the home we asked Valentino to finish the basement. It looks just as beautiful as the main floors and we were so pleased that they finished sooner than we ever dreamed possible. Valentino has great project managers, dedicated tradespeople and a real desire to deliver an excellent product. With three kids under 6 and baby on the way- we sure appreciate our lovely Valentino home! Rachel

We are so impressed with the quality of the work that we are telling all of our friends about it and I have a stack of his cards to share with my clients. Now I've been woken to lead blowing at 3am Tuesday june 6th and theyre cleaning the cleanest concrete I've ever seen!! Its obvious that is a company that's milking the city cash cow. To be laughed at when I recorded the employee saying it was just his job. So the police were called by at least 3 of us in the apartment building with crying kids so hopefully these jerks are fined and and lose their contract. I hate when construction companies scam the city, and steal tax payers money by cleaning the same 20 by 30 part of the lot for 8 hours then start again at 3am. I picked up flooring materials from here and ran into probs with 2 defective ones right away but…read moredidn't care much because i had already got enough and some extra for runoff avoided their installers because I have a solid contractor from a buddy later on and still in the warranty some of the ones had defects like thinness that made cracks and separations it seemed to be towards but not quite on the ends the other ones were fine no issues even with the extras i had i didn't have enough to make up the difference with the defective ones so i needed to get the new ones under warranty. but these guys dont do warranty when you need it had all the papers some of the original boxes pictures even the defective ones everything. other flooring companies never had this issue and im never doing business here again like i said its not all of them just some defective so i dunno i give them 2 stars but 1 is better shoulda done ur warranty on those ones what can u say read reviews i guess
