Keep in mind I have been a contractor for 30 yrs, so I know what I'm talking about, quality of workmanship, pride of job well done is not in Prestige's vocabulary. Carl is in my option a scam artist that is more concerned with quantity over quality Our meeting about them repairing the bullnose mouldings was as such " take me to court" well Carl see you in court! If you want to see Prestige's custom work by all means feel free to contact me any time, so you can see what you are in for dealing with such a reputable company such as Prestige

We are so impressed with the quality of the work that we are telling all of our friends about it and I have a stack of his cards to share with my clients. We will absolutely be contacting him again- not only is he capable of doing the big jobs but he made time to fix my flimsy fence post before he left that I had mentioned in passing! Thank you so much Ian , can't work to work with you again!

From the beginning, Rafal was easy to communicate with and took the time to explain the process, timeline, and what to expect. He kept us updated throughout the project, which made a big difference and gave us confidence that everything was being done properly. The quality of the work is excellent. You can tell they focus on proper base preparation and attention to detail, and the finished patio looks great and feels very solid. Everything was completed on time and the site was left clean and organized. In addition, the price-quality relationship was great. The cost was very reasonable for the level of workmanship and professionalism provided. With any new home build, there will be a few items that need some follow up. In our house we had…read moresome trouble with the new, factory-built kitchen appliances. Although this was absolutely no fault of Valentino Homes, we were shocked and delighted by how well they took care of us. When the appliance store didn't have employees working on a Friday afternoon, the owner of Valentino Homes personally picked up a loaner oven and brought it to our house. They employ an incredibly sweet person specifically to help follow up homes post sale. She followed up with the appliance company on our behalf multiple times. My husband pointed out tonight how amazing it is that Valentino has all of their own tradespeople ready to step in at a moments notice. In the past few weeks we've had plumbers, electricians, gas line inspectors all come to the house with very little notice and do great work to help fix our faulty gas oven and dishwasher. Without exception they have been friendly, courteous and tidy. I have always felt comfortable with them being around our young children. The details in the house are spectacular, the more we get to know the house the more we appreciate the nuances. The tiles in the bathroom are lined up so that the patterns match. The painting on the ceiling is perfect, even the shelves in the kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are color matched to our home's color scheme instead of left unfinished. When we purchased the home we asked Valentino to finish the basement. It looks just as beautiful as the main floors and we were so pleased that they finished sooner than we ever dreamed possible. Valentino has great project managers, dedicated tradespeople and a real desire to deliver an excellent product. With three kids under 6 and baby on the way- we sure appreciate our lovely Valentino home! Rachel
