I was looking for a number of quality, custom built, stand-alone kitchen cabinets, made of solid…read morewood rather than MDF products. I had moved from a townhouse into an apartment that had very inadequate kitchen/dining cabinets & storage, along with many other issues. I needed something to make the apartment more functionable. They took on the challenge where others wouldn't and drew up some plans for such. We were just going to meet to go over the designs when the opportunity unexpectedly arose for me to purchase a townhouse that met all my needs. I felt terrible about having to tell them that I was cancelling the order, and asked that I at least be able to pay for the designer's time. They said there was absolutely no need, asked that I consider them for any future projects I might have, and wished me well! They were amazing. And with customer service like that, why would I ever go anywhere else?
