I cannot express how incredible this service was. Having spent a while stressed about bugs and…read moreclutter, Cecilia and her crew eased all of my worry by cleaning, vacuuming, and washing almost everything in my apartment. They went above and beyond in their efforts and packed my entire apartment after cleaning in preparation to move. Everything was clearly labeled and packed with care. Knowing that we were moving in the near future, they made sure everything was completely sealed and safe from any pests in the future and would be ready to move. I spent my day answering simple questions to ensure their process was fully understood by me and Cecilia made sure I had full knowledge of what was where when everything was done. I was left with helpful advice, extra labels and zipties, and they even remade my bed (which was a very nice surprise). Cecilia and her crew were friendly and kind throughout and had a deep care for everything they did. Cecilia answered all of my questions (big or small), offered to do everything for my apartment, and had tons of knowledge on the situation. Her crew was extremely friendly and fun to talk with during (the very few) down moments. I especially want to point out how much they really cared about doing a top notch job, leaving no stone unturned in packing, vacuuming, and cleaning. I cannot recommend their services enough.
