Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. They also offered to apply more sealant to the yard to keep it intact in bad weather. The backyard took 2-3 days. Front yard clearing took one afternoon. I am in love with the work, and now I love to be in my yard. He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. Sirhii and Nick were the ones that came gave a quote and later installed the seven steps. They did a great job installing the steps. They also repaired certain parts of the railing, by cutting and replacing steel pieces and by welding them. In other words they were equipped to handle the job, and also with the knowledge to do it. The second day Nick came and painted the whole thing. We are very happy that we had ETD do the work. Now for the cleanup......Nick came with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner to clean everything.
