Immediately, Jason and I were drawn to Virginia's gentle demeanor and sincerity. The photos were stunning and the videos were spectacular! For the price, we got two photographers and unlimited time; which was true value considering that most photography studios charged more for one photographer and less amount of time (6 hours). We were so impressed with Marsal Studios that we booked them on the spot! Our wedding day proved that we made the right decision in selecting Virginia and her team at Marsal Studios; they really were some of the hardest working people in the wedding industry. A few months ago I had a $50 Xfinity bill. I was trying to reduce my bills so I would get a $10…read morediscount per month for them to attach to my bank account rather than using my debit card. I got an email from another company that was a third party that started with the letter p. I had to accept their terms and conditions and then it opened up to a page that showed my transactions and the exact amount of money into my bank account. Today I told the Xfinity I no longer wanted the $10 discount because I don't want a third party to have access to everything I do in my bank account. They told me that didn't happen. They said it was because I had automatic payments set up. I have always had automatic payments and it was $50 a month. I wanted to cancel Xfinity on September 18th because that was the day before my next billing date. I was then told that the service is till the 31st of august, yet I already had a pending transaction which means they either started the transaction on the Friday the 28th of August or Saturday the 29th of August, or today, even though they shouldn't have done that until September 19th.... So I told them I wanted to completely cancel with them. So that should have been canceled tomorrow and I verified it on the phone August 31st. Within 1 hour of the phone call, today 5:30 p.m. Eastern standard Time I no longer have internet service. Highly would not recommend

They put you through the brand-new hell of a "automated assistant" that refuses to connect to a live agent and just keeps asking the same SCRIPTED question. One would think that in this "day and age of AI" the BOT would be more "intelligent"!!!!! Would it be so hard to include a customer service phone number on your website, Xfinity? Why must I look for a way to get in touch with you online? I have lived in Virginia, Alabama, and even S. Korea but this is the worst cable provider I have ever had by far. I had to award at least one star because there was no option for a negative star.
