Since they were located in Westbook and my wedding was in Old Saybrook, I figured they were geographically convenient. When I e-mailed owner/photographer Virginia Roberts, she immediately got back to me and had a very pleasant tone. So my then-fiance (now husband) and I ventured south to Westbrook to meet Virginia at Marsal Studios (which she co-owns with her husband, Rick) located in the Water's Edge shops. Immediately, Jason and I were drawn to Virginia's gentle demeanor and sincerity. The photos were stunning and the videos were spectacular! For the price, we got two photographers and unlimited time; which was true value considering that most photography studios charged more for one photographer and less amount of time (6 hours).
