When I called and asked where they were, at almost an hour late already, I was told the guard at the gatehouse to my community would not let them in. I was on the other line with the gatehouse and absolutely no one was there so the lady who is the manager just made up a lie. I will never go back there. When I called back 15 minutes later she was just dismissive of my problems. I canceled and will tell all the people I've referred there in the past not to ever go back either. Why did they have to make up a lie. They advertise that they are the company that picks you up but that is another lie. They only offer that service on some days, never on weekends. After car trouble...but needing to drive my daughter to/from school, I Ubered with her at 7 a.m. to school and then to Enterprise here in Weston. I had reserved an economy vehicle the night before. When dropped off, I noticed how scant the selection of vehicles was in their lot. I thought perhaps they kept more nearby. The location is set to open at 7:30 and sure enough, the MOD unlocked their doors for me. I waited just a couple of minutes for setup. The service by Curdi was great! She's professional and knowledgeable, but also patient. I overheard her talking with other customers and witnessed the one-on-one with an elderly customer. With that, there was no economy vehicle available and they wanted to charge me more to upgrade for a larger model. But the kicker was the $500 deposit they required on my card and that I needed to pay the total rental for three days upfront. In addition, they have no WiFi so I had to step out to use my phone and walk to the bakery to use their internet so I could get some work done as I waited for my ride. I reserved a vehicle a week before. I was called the day of my rental and was advised that the vehicle was ready if I wanted it early. I left painters at my house and got a ride to this business. The car I reserved was there covered in bird droppings and bugs stuck all over the front of the vehicle including the windshield. I was told if I wanted it washed I have to wait. Where do I begin without getting emotional. It had been a very tough week almost losing my life in a crash that left my 2021 VW Atlas Cross Sport completely demolished. I was given a reservation from my Insurance company to get a rental at Enterprise. I came here and was greeted by Anell. Because the rental was through my Insurance and I had showed up at towards end of business day, they had to charge me for the whole day. I needed the car for a certain amount of days and could not afford to be charged for the same day, given that I came at end of day. Anell went above and beyond with the BEST ATTITUDE and was able to help me make it work. In addition, she was flooded with walk-ins and her attitude never changed. Limited with vehicles, it would have been easier to just tell customers that she has no vehicles and move on to the next customer. She instead, made phone calls, answered incoming calls etc etc. She just went above and beyond to do her best! She even said she was tired and hungry and had been swamped all day! That did not alter her mood one bit! She is an amazing asset to this company and represents exactly what customers need and that is great service with a smile and the effort that goes above and beyond. They picked up my wife at the body shop that was repairing our car and brought her to the location on Flamingo road and Pembroke road, they were very helpful with us and St Farm. The car was a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, it was clean and had almost a full tank of gas. I returned the car to Weston location today, no problem, they were more happy to take it there. Worst company ever!!!! I made on online reservation on July 6th, 2019 for a 15 passenger vehicle to take a team of 11 and 12 year old girls to soccer camp 7.5 hours away. Reservation confirmation number is: 2033284149. Reservation Details: Pickup Date & Time Sat, Jul 27 2019 12:00 PM Return Date & Time Wed, Jul 31 2019 9:00 AM. I got to our pickup location at Weston at 8:55AM ON 7/27/19. Waited until they opened the door at 9AM. Manager told us there was "NO 15 passenger van available". I explained the importance of getting this vehicle that these parents have paid hundreds of dollars for their girls to attend this camp and we MUST get this vehicle today (we planned on departing at 5AM Sunday morning). To cut a very long story SHORT!! We were given a roach and bed bug infested van with a fresh urine stain in the second to last row!!! Luckily someone on our team knew 'someone' and we were were able to get a van at the Fort Lauderdale airport location at around 10pm (KEEEP IN MIND, THIS IS GOING ON FROM 9AM). I made several calls to corporate and made a complaint on Twitter. I still have not gotten a call from any manger as to why this happened. I am in the medical field.... something didn't feel right after I saw the roaches and human hair all over front seat (as if someone shaved themselves in the van). I sprayed the seats & crevices with 91% alcohol and that's when all the bed bugs started crawling out from everywhere. An unacceptable experience, I was in a rental for 21 days after an accident. Insurance was to be covering my rental COMPLETELY. I was assured the only amount of money I would be paying would be any extra insurance I got on the rental vehicle. So I payed for 6 days of complete coverage on the rental at about $50 per day. Stop the insurance once I was done driving the car across the state and everything seemed fine so far. Fast forward a couple weeks later, I find out that the employee who said that I would be ONLY paying the insurance cost had lied. Not only had he gone against his supervisors wishes of lowering the price of some rental down to $40 (my insurance daily limit) he also priced my vehicle so that I would HAVE to pay taxes out of pocket. My insurance company told me that is not their policy or agreement with enterprise. When speaking to an enterprise manager about the situation he repeatedly said "$100 is not that much money". I don't know what world he is living in but to just about everyone on this earth $100 is a big chunk of change. He kept brushing off the situation as if it were nothing until my insurance agent pushed him harder for him to finally agree to investigate. Note at this point he had already agreed that the employee who gave me the rental was in the wrong in many ways. After and internal "investigation", and I use the word investigation very lightly, they decided the employee was NOT at fault. Avoid Enterprise at all costs. If you absolutely HAVE to use enterprise avoid this location like the plague. The employees will act like your buddies and then take every opportunity to screw you into paying more. read more

Worst customer service ever experienced....anywhere! I had a prepaid rental and an appointment to pick up my car at 3pm. The office never called me to tell me that their location actually closes at 3pm....weird right??!! How could my appointment have been scheduled online for a time that they would not even be open? I called and spoke with some degenerate male that answered the phone, I informed him at 2:45pm that I was on my way to pick up my rental. He said "OK...WE CLOSE AT 3PM". I let the degenerate know that I was from out of town with my 3 young daughters and that I needed to be able to pick up my prepaid rental. I raced over to the location and at 2:59pm which is 1 minute shy of 3pm...the lights were off and the doors were closed. And just like that, an Emerald Club member and a faithful Enterprise customer was left stranded with 3 kids...ages 4 months, 4 years, and 14 years old. I called the general number was transferred to another degenerate who offered me a new reservation at a location 20 miles away and for $159 more than what I originally paid. How is it possible that I was punished for the Enterprise employees sneaking out early especially when they were on notice of my arrival? Wow is all I can say. I will NEVER EVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN. It is unfortunate because I have always had great experiences...but the absolute terrible experience I had with the Weston location was just so frustrating and so unprofessional that I will definitely take my business elsewhere. This location in Weston, FL is a joke. We had made the reservation 3 days earlier, arrived after dropping our vehicle at nearby repair shop. This was set up as an insurance rental through State Farm. Not only did they not have an SUV as reserved, but no vehicles at all, we were stranded. As we are arguing the point about their service and why is this location even in business, with no cars with one associate, likely the same degenerate mentioned by another reviewer on this page, inserted himself into the conversation, we asked him to stay out of it, as we were already working with his colleague and the location manager and didnt need a 3rd person to provide us with poor service, he advised us that He wasnt "fittin" to be rude, but .. we tried to stop him from finishing the sentence, because people only say "not to be rude" right before they say something rude.. but he couldnt hold his tongue, and said, "we dont "have to" rent to you and can refuse service at any time.. as a matter of fact, Im fittin to delete your reservation from the system right now, which he did. I had a car accident and have been stressed about a car, so my attitude has not been the greatest, but they kept their smile and great attitudes. I have rented a car twice now from them and they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. My insurance company was slacking and because of their relationship with them, they picked up their slack, which did not need to be done. They worked around me and offered amazing customer service, but it was not just to me but everyone that walked in their door. They took advantage of our vulnerable state. They did not explain the charges and made it seem like the per/day charge was a one time charge. I did not like the whole experience at the Weston location. They're always rushing you. I understand they're busy but it doesn't justify them treating you like you're another number in the queue. I was in a car accident (not my fault) and had to rent a car to get to work and my daily routine. I was told I was just going to pay for any taxes because Geico doesn't cover that. When I returned the vehicle I got the bill with an extra fee called "time and distance" for $4.37/day. The total was $56.83 for 13 days. This is a rip off! This is not taxes! Fast forward a week later...my bank account was charged $11.92 to pay toll fees. I don't mind paying this but even though the charge on my bank statement says "Enterprise Rent A Car" the manager of this location (Gunnar) just says to call SunPass (toll company) to get a breakdown of the charges. Gunnar said Enterprise charges $3.95 and the rest is toll's money. I know I haven't used that much tolls for the period I had the car. It's also worth noting that Gunnar was always rushing me on the phone as if he was trying to get rid of me right away. When I called again he put on a 'brief' hold and then I was disconnected. Most likely he hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location (1585 N Park Dr. Weston, FL 33326). Maybe try 'Turo' next time you need car rental services. read more

Let's start off by specifying that this is a franchise NOT a corporate location. Meaning that if you have any issue whatsoever with the service, contacting customer service through the enterprise website is absolutely useless as they will redirect you to a regional manager or the store manager (which will never contact you). I was charged for a service I specifically did NOT ask for, which doubled the cost of my rental. I am not complaining over a few bucks I am dissatisfied because they practically stole $300. I quickly called the location I rented it from to dispute the charge. I was told it would be refunded and I would receive a call from the manager. No call. I called the store again a few days later. Got hung up on, spoke to someone else who was NOT the manager and I was told yes, the money will be refunded. Over a week after and no refund, I contacted customer care which I was told a regional manager would call me. No call. Ever. Now over two weeks of no refund or specification of how I will or if I will receive a refund, my patience has ran out and you have lost my and my family's business. I've use Enterprise before and I really think they should keep some type of log on franchise locations; it's giving a bad rep. to their brand. Just as a side note the service that was charged was a Damage fee, which practically is insurance coverage through the duration of your rental. When I picked up the car I was given the choice of whether I wanted that or to use my own insurance. I used my own insurance and provided the clerk with the information necessary such as my insurance carrier. Apparently according the customer care representative that spoke to me from the corporate office, the customer is the one that needs to tick off that information NOT the store clerk from their computer. This is why I was over charged; the clerk input a service I did NOT ask for, and according to the customer Rep. forcing me to use their insurance instead of my own without my consent, even if it was a mistake, it is illegal. I haven't researched on the legality of it yet, but if this is common practice on this location and it is legally murky they might get in trouble one day. I never leave reviews, but honestly this place has wasted so much of my time and lack so much customer care that I'd hate for someone to go through this, apparently it is impossible to get a straight answer from this place. read more

First time a few months back he rented a car and good thing my husband saved all emails and his receipt from Enterprise because they tried to charge him with "mysterious" fees. After finally taking off the fees he swore he would never rent from there again however he wanted to give them a second chance because it was convenient. So I drop him off today at Enterprise, car lot empty, and he goes doesn't look like I have a car! I leave to go get us lunch and he calls me saying they have no cars and that one was being returned and they will have to clean it and put gas in it. Seriously! Wow!
