Used Enterprise for many years with good experience, until most recent rental at Warrington Enterprise. The car was filthy upon pickup and on return left our garage door opener in car and immediately called. Each time we called or went in, the staff was extremely dismissive and never followed up with us. Needless to say we're out one garage door opener. It's principle , not cost of an opener. I have rented many cars from Enterprise. The past 4 times I rented I had issues. First, the one car I rented was full of bugs. The next one had a tire pressure sensor issue. Next time, I had to get an oil change for the vehicle. Nothing like taking time out of your day while on vacation and you have excursions set with specific times.. Lastly, the tire pressure gauge AND oil sensor light was on.I had to travel an hour to meet my wife and exchange cars out. I use to clean cars for Enterprise 20 years ago. Things have changed drastically. Things started off strong with them picking me up on-time at the collision center. The young lady at enterprise explained the car wasn't clean and to give her a minute. They ran the car through the wash and was handed over with suds all over it. The inside smelled like marijuana/cigarettes. Took the car down the road and the steering wheel was getting ripped out of my hands due to the front end being out of alignment. Once I inspected the vehicle I discovered three different tires/tread/manufacturer on it. I'm sure this didn't help. They took the vehicle back with zero questions and put me into another vehicle. This vehicle doesn't have a shimmy and only one tire is a mix match. The inside side of the windshield is so filthy I had to clean it 3 times. The interior smells so bad like cigarettes I decided to deodorize and ozone the interior. The smell has prevailed. Enterprise needs to enforce the no smoking policy by charging these degenerates for smoking in the vehicle. To date I have never been in a clean/ well kept enterprise rental. read more

We rented a 15-passenger van for a group field trip. It was clean and ran well. Our group of adults filled it up; we parked in Philadelphia for the event; and drove it back afterwards. The agent, Stephen, was knowledgeable, efficient, and enthusiastic. He explained how to return it after office hours on a Saturday. Everything worked out perfectly. No surprise expenses either. When I have to have a rental car I use this outlet mainly due to their being close to my home. Needed a car for a one-day round trip to Virginia. Picked it up at 445 pm on Thursday. Rate quoted was $120/day. Friday morning enroute to VA, found piece of chewed gum stuck to driver's seat belt; reported to "Trevor" or "Cole" not sure which. Returned car 730 pm Friday, 90 mins after the office had closed. Received bill for $323. Called to inquire; was told they charged me an additional day; when I asked, they stated since the hourly rate is @$50, they actually saved me money! Also, they mentioned a "30 minute grace period," implying that even if I had returned the car prior to closing on Friday, I would still have been charged for an additional day. I think I can do better elsewhere. read more

This location could not provide me with a vehicle until "after 12:30pm" when I had a 8:00am accident and had to get to work. Held money against my credit card although it was a insurance claim. Returned car at 9am six days ago. Called to find out why my funds were not released. Claimed my insurance had not paid for the last day. Remember, the car wasn't available until after 12:30 and returned at 9! Really? So you won't release my money. Poor practices! read more

Beware! Needed a car and they gave me an SUV ( which was nice )which she asked me to go around to look at. The person who hit me was paying for my rental so we didn't go over an extra insurance she just told me to sign that I was not getting it. Then when it is returned they jump right up to the roof and point out a dent! Being 5'2 I didn't even think about the roof and I was never asked to look. Katie was like a kid in a candy shop and jumped right on the phone with my insurance to open a claim without even speaking with me and wanted my boyfriend (who dropped the car off) to sign my name accepting responsibility and that I would pay $500. I called try to get a quote for a passenger van... The customer service is NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL... First she said will transfer me to the manager about the quote. Then I spoke with thr manager and he said he will make me a reservation, I said may I get a quote first before I make a reservation? And he said I will transfer you to someone else for the quote.. Disappointing overall experience, initially tried to charge me for so much insurance it was more than twice the price of the car! Inexperienced staff dealt with the situation really unprofessionally, the branch manager eventually sorted the matter out. Had 2 technical probelms with the car while i had it for 7 week period, this took time for me to resolve, no acknowledgement of this inconvenience. Disappointing service given the amount of money spent with them. Won't be going back. read more

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Emily the "manager" leaves reviews of herself on this page saying she's pleasant. Hardly the case. Only reason I am giving any stars is to write this review and warn others. This Enterprise location filed a claim with my insurance company because of a huge dent that was on the side of the car from a previous renter. Phil, the "assistant manager," took a photo of this dent before I drove away with the car and had me initial my contract after he marked that the dent was already there before I rented. They filed the claim with my insurance company after I returned the car and WITHOUT referencing my contract and the note about the dent. Emily, the "manager" of this location (which is simply just a trailer on the side of the road,) was extremely rude and degrading, kept repeating that I signed a contract and that this dent wasn't on my contract and later admitted she didn't have a copy of it to reference!!! Horrible service. 2017 Santa Fe had dents, rust and smelled like smoke. There was no gas in the car when I drove it out of the parking lot and it was never cleaned. How dare a company question the integrity of a customer without referencing the contract? Furthermore, when my insurance company called Emily the "manager" (what she manages, I don't exactly know,) to tell her the case was closed and they were at fault for not doing their due diligence at this location, she HUNG UP on her. Don't rent from them! They are truly terrible. When I first went in to pick up the passenger van, I was told that there would be a hold on my card. I checked that day and there was a $400 hold, which is reasonable and fine. I asked questions while I was there to make sure I understand everything and that I would not incur extra charges. My bill at that time was $800 (give or take a little). I signed up for roadside assistance which was another $3.99 per day. We had the van for a week and returned it in a timely manner. A week passed after the return and there was still no charge on my card for the balance. Two weeks passed and there appeared on my credit card transactions not one charge, but THREE, totaling over $5000. One in the amount of $2,400, another in the amount of $2000 and another for $900 (give or take). The $900 I did not dispute as it is my bill but when I called the first time to ask about the other charges, someone named Emily got on the phone and told me that the $2,400 will be reversed. Checked the next day and saw that it was but there was still an extra $2000 that was still pending. Called again and spoke again to Emily who adamantly denied that they charged me an extra $2000, never mind that I'm looking at my credit card statement and never mind that someone at my bank confirmed this charge. I asked her why they even put a hold that high on my card and she boldfaced lied and said that they had informed me when I picked up the car. No, Emily. No one there informed me of this. So, Emily lied and tried to make me, the consumer, the paying customer, feel like I was in the wrong. Not once did she apologize or tried to help me. Please keep in mind that they charged my card over two weeks later after I had already rented and returned the vehicle. They put the holds and charged me for my bill all on the same day. What business does that? The charges are now being disputed and handled by my card company. I posted this on facebook and several people have commented that they have had similar issues with this company. Someone even suggested a class action suit. Please beware!!!! I will never in my life, do business with Enterprise again and will urge my friends, family, and associates to do the same. read more
