Even when we rent at Christmas, the car is available right on time and clean. They always show us how to drive the car before we leave. The last time I was there, they explained the history of the company in the course of conversation. Enterprise is definitely a company who knows how to do business right. They seem to have excellent training too.

I went in on and everything was in order. The office wasn't posh, but it was clean. I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes. Here's where it gets amazing. I was planning to take a sofa to my daughter in NC. When I got it loaded in the van, we found out that the sofa had mice ;( so I dumped the sofa at the curb and returned the van expecting to pay for one day per the rental agreement. No worries.
