-- A Complete Corporate and Location Failure. Never Again. I will never rent from Enterprise again -- and I urge anyone considering this location specifically to look elsewhere. This disaster didn't start at this branch. My reservation was made two months in advance and was mishandled by Enterprise's own customer service representatives -- not once, but twice. Each time, I had to call back to have it corrected and reconfirmed by Enterprise's customer service team themselves. I was escalated to the corporate team on two separate occasions and was told I would be contacted. Three weeks later -- still nothing. Enterprise Corporate has completely ignored me. Then came the final insult: I drove 40 minutes to this location to pick up my reserved premium SUV, only to be told it wasn't available. Manager Sara's solution? Offer me a minivan at the same premium rate for my premium suv. No discount. No apology. No accountability. When I declined to pay a premium price for a downgraded vehicle, she refused to adjust the rate -- full stop. I expected a manager to apologize, problem-solve, and make things right. Sara did none of that. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and combative from the start. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she told me she was the top of the chain and that the owner -- who apparently runs this as a family-owned branch -- was unavailable. "Family owned" is supposed to mean personalized, accountable service. This was the opposite. I then asked for Corporate's phone number so I could seek help myself. She gave me the wrong number -- twice -- while I stood there trying to reach someone, anyone, with a trip planned and only hours to spare. Her final response? "I'm not renting you anything." She refused to rent to me entirely. I was left standing there, stranded, with a reservation, a trip about to start, and zero support from this branch or from Enterprise Corporate. For the record: I did find my premium SUV at another Enterprise location. Sara does not get the satisfaction of thinking she left me without options -- but the damage to my time, stress, and trust in this company is done. To the owners of this branch: your manager is actively turning away paying customers with reservations, refusing to problem-solve, and providing false contact information to prevent escalation. She is costing you money and your reputation. I hope you are fully aware of the shots she is calling in your name. Enterprise as a whole: three weeks of silence from Corporate after two escalations is inexcusable. This level of disregard for loyal customers is exactly why you lose them permanently. read more

both of the Warren and Roseville location did NOT have the 3 row seating for 8 passengers that I reserved months ahead of time, called every week until the week of then called daily to make sure they had the vehicle. Told me they did every single time. The morning of the told me they did. I arrive and there was no 8 seater or 6 seater only a 5 seater. I had to cancel everything and my kids were very upset. The employees both stated it was there first day, they just got the reservation sent to them TODAY mind you I made the reservation 4 months in advance with this exact location. Fast forward a week same thing happens to my fiance. He needs an 8 seater and NOTHING. He was told they would have one the day of and in fact did not have an 8 seater available. Never booking with enterprise AGAIN because of how shitty and unorganized this business is all around and how unprofessional the employees are and how little they know about doing their job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a confirmation call the day prior reminding me of everything I need to bring to pick up the car. I arrive at 4 pm (my appt time) and was told I have to give proof of employment to get my company's discount. I'm off work and don't have my ID with me. I offered to call the company owner and ask him to send proof that the account is his and they said no. They said they would charge me an extra $70 and I could request a refund when I returned the car. They "upgraded me" because they didn't have a clean car available (despite confirming with me the day before). Now I have to pay SUV gas prices instead of a car. Went to check out and the price was more than double my quote. When I asked why, they said they had to charge me an additional $70 PER DAY. The employees should've made it very clear what the expectations were up front. It's now 5 pm when I need the car at 6:30 am the next day. I'm out of options thanks to them. My company may continue to use them, but I won't ever step foot in this company again. read more

Worst car rental experience ever! On the day I got the rental it was all good, everything was quick they dropped the vehicle at the collision center and was a simple in-out. However, the issue started during the walk around, there was a side damage (scrape) to the car. I pointed this out, but was told it was knows and noted and I don't have to worry about it. Fine... 1.5 days later, engine light on the car turns on. I'm told by the customer service (as branch is now closed) that it's common don't worry about it?!? Engine light did go off again over a while. Me and my wife are driving back home at night from a visit, we get pulled over by the police, why? The license plate has been expired since September 2021!!! Officer advised me to call the rental company asap and get it sorted. Next day, I call customer service, only location that is open is at the airport, 1.5 hours away to exchange and get in another. This now is Mother's Day. I fill up the car, and we go to the location. Guess again, engine light is on again. We get to the airport location and they can't exchange the vehicle because of the scrape and they will have to file a claim on my insurance! I say NO this was already a knows damage. They check the system, and it's not. Great . After going back and forth for hours... no resolution at all. At this point I have to cancel my Mothers Day reservation as we won't make it back. Customer Service says wait at the airport our regenval office will call you back. 5 hours!!!! Later, still no call or whatsoever. As it's getting late, we decide it's time to go home, we take the risk of driving a car with engine light and expired plates and drive it 1.5 hours back. Even after multiple calls and escalations and 10 hours later, guess what no action whatsoever from Enterprise. I not only wasted time, my whole day, gas (which is very expensive these days) but also a lot of humiliation and had to cancel my wife's and Mother in Laws dinner for Mothers Day. Simple to say, Enterprise does not care about their customer or it seems their cars. There must be a better and simpler resolve to this instead of making your customer go around for a whole day and wasting their time and money. Never doing this again. read more

My sons car was hit by a negligent driver last night after work on his way home for a family birthday dinner for him. His car will be in the shop for two weeks so we needed to rent him a car. I wanted a specific model so called around to track one down. I called several Enterprise Car Rental locations with no luck, and no one seeming to care. Well until I called the Center Line branch where a person named Brandon Nalezyty. He took my info and within less than a half hour tracked down the exact vehicle for me. Brandon not only lived up to the company motto, he blew it away! He is articulate, gracious and humble. Truly shocking for someone his age, and took his job with the seriousness of a true professional. My son and I are truly grateful for his service and dedication, so much so, I wrote this. I hope corporate recognizes Brandon, and elevates his role in the company. Also a shout out to another team member Joey Axt who expedited the check out and the walk around for the vehicle. The customer service here is awful. They are rude people. They claimed that i did not have a confirmed car even though I was booked in their system. When I got there the car that they had was auto shop, when I asked if they could they could discount they said I wasn't confirmed so no. They finally pulled a car around and it looked and sounded awful. They said there's nothing they could do (which I understand) but they were so rude and nasty about it. They were out of the car that my so-called insurance's allotted daily rate. That rental was so small I could even set in the front set. The saw the issue and upgrade me to a full size. I will say I did contact Enterprise after they contacted me through yelp, and I provided them all the information they requested. Approx 2-weeks later I get a letter in the mail that Enterprise is dropping the claim that they were pursuing against me. It very much seems that thanks to Yelp a difference was made, as it seems those that I was reaching out to with my phone calls were going to help me. I'm so glad and feel great that this matter is behind me, as it is a blow to one self to be accused of something that you know you didn't do and in this case almost getting stuck paying for something you shouldn't be paying for. I've rented from here plenty of times, at least 510x a year. Better than driving to the airport for a rental. Only thing I really have to say is my experience so far has been delightful. The staff has been accommodating and pleasantly mannered. Outside of that, I really don't require any other services like drop/off pick up so I can't comment on that. I have used them twice for last minute rentals. I do recommend going on the internet, even if it is 1 hour ahead, because it is cheaper than a walk-in price. Their pick up prices for a one day rental are cheaper than any other competitor and even cheaper than other Enterprise locations. They are open on weekends too. Their weekend crew is a rotating crew from different Enterprise locations throughout the Metro Detroit area. So if you are picking up or dropping off first thing on a weekend morning, the folks are not local to the specific location and takes them a while to find things. Besides that things worked out well - except that vehicles are not full of gas. You are only expected to return at the same level, but that is hard to do because the consumer usually puts in more gas because it is hard to get it at the exact level unless it is full. I do not recommend gassing up at the adjacent gas station: $$$$. I moved from Hawaii four days before my first rental and Hawaii was $3.01 for gas and this gas station was $2.99 for cash. Just ridiculous. But I did not know the area and gassed up there. read more
