Being from the Grand Rapids area on the west side of Michigan, we were having a very hard time finding any rental places for classic cars, and if we did, none were willing to travel to us because we were too far away. Detroit Classic only charged a small fee to bring the car over on our side of the state. The chauffer, A.J., did an amazing job. He was on time, and showed up looking great in a suit and fit in with the fancy attire perfectly. He was very attentive of our needs and how we wanted the car to drive up at a certain point of the wedding. The car, with AJ's help was exactly what we needed to make the most stunning entrance for myself as a bride to the outdoor ceremony. The ride in the car with my Dad in the back seat with me is a moment I will cherish forever. We just received our wedding video back, and the car looks absolutely stunning in the video clips and we all can't stop talking about what a perfect touch it was for the whole wedding. All of our family and friends couldn't get over that part of the wedding where the car drove up, and I got out to walk down the aisle. It was out of a fairy tale. Customer services from beginning to end was great. All of the guys were very easy and enjoyable to work with; they even had accessories for the car, including a red carpet, cans for the back of the car to drive away, and a just married sign. Donna kept us in the loop about price drops as well as RCI's increase in gratuities. We were eligible to lock in the existing rate by prepaying gratutities, which we did.
