The service here is SO friendly. The only downside to this location is that they don't always have a great selection of cars, or you would book a certain type of vehicle online only to find that they don't have that type when you arrive to pick it up. But, I can't rave about their friendly service enough. The cars are always clean when I have rented from here (I cannot say the same about Budget at the airport!) and no complaints other than the limited car types available here. read more

Rented a "You Click We Pick" vehicle which offers a compact or larger vehicle and ended up getting a Nissan Rouge (compact SUV) which worked perfectly for my family of five. I ended up saving around $30.00 compared to actually picking the Rouge at the initial rental. The entire staff was super friendly and not pushy about offering their additional coverages which we kindly declined. They were able to pick me up from Walla Walla University upon pick up of the vehicle and take me back to the school upon its return which was amazing because there aren't any Lyft drivers available in town. I actually forgot to fill up the gas tank when I returned the vehicle but they let me fill up at a nearby gas station saving me about $13.00. I would totally rent from this location again. read more

I feel obligated to set the tone of the rental since my review is not favorable..........This was a work visit to Walla Walla and due to the flight times....I had a small window after my flight to grab my luggage, get a rental car, and arrive at the hospital in time for a patient procedure! The best part about this rental experience was the smiley guy in the bright green shirt who picked me up from the airport and took me to the off site rental office. He noticed I was lost looking for my car rental counter and approached me asking if I was looking for Enterprise. To my surprise, Enterprise was located off site about 10 minutes from the airport. I really appreciated that he looked out for me. (The 2 stars in this review go to him!) Otherwise, I was not satisfied with this rental for the following reasons: 1) The process was slow! When you shuttle multiple people from one flight to a small office, there will be a long line and none of the paper work was ready. 2) The car smelled funny on the inside and was fairly dirty on the outside and made my "walk through" for scratches a little more difficult. 3) I was not asked if I had been to Walla Walla before, if I needed directions, or even offered a map. I rent several cars a month for work and am used to more efficient and accommodating service. There are a few other car rental options actually at the airport, I suggest using one of them. read more

Not at the airport - have to call for a pickup. Did call, said they would pick up, no one came. Office closed for the day, not open Sunday. Escalation desk basically said sorry but tough luck - and even had the gall to suggest renting Monday. Company doesn't even stand behind its own motto. read more

I felt very disappointed and misled with my experience at Enterprise in Walla Walla. I would avoid it all costs. I highly recommend to going to other services in the area. Negatives -I called asking if being under 25 (im 24) would add anything to the process and they said it would be no problem. After I had decided to go with Enterprise, I went to pick up my rental only to find out that there would indeed be another daily charge for that very thing that I had specifically asked about. I definitely would have gone with another service in the area, but at this point, i was already at Enterprise and in a hurry to go. --The first car we got had a head-ache inducing smoking smell. Had to get a rental while my service truck was in for repairs. The vehicle I received was not suitable for my work needs, and had to contact the office about getting a swap out. They had nothing available at the time. Rosa, said she would try to find me a vehicle, and would get back to me. In less than thirty minutes she called me back, and had me come in for the swap. All I had to do is trade keys, and off I went. Feel that have received exceptional service, and that Rosa went above and beyond to meet my needs. Will definitely be back. Thank you Rosa! read more

Avoid at all costs. Got a reservation weeks ago. Have them a courtesy call to tell them my flight was delayed by 1/2 hour. "No problem see you then". Land and there is a voice message telling me they don't have a car for me and have a nice day. Of course now the other rental places are closed. I'm in town on business and have to drive to several small towns close by, which I had to either cancel or uber at a tremendous cost. I wasn't able to drive clients around. As a regular customer of this branch, I have to say, these guys are fantastic. A great team that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. This Enterprise is an OK place to rent at. I am use to other Enterprise places where I get great deals such as the $9 a day/ weekend special so, when renting a compact car for over 30$ ... well, that was really pricey for me. I have no time to read the fine print and... when I reserved a Van/SUV... I was surprise that they gave me a hard time to rent one out cause I needed a credit card when in the past year... I used a debit card and only rented out compact-full size cars. They gave it to me... but after the rude service of "We can't let you rent it out" policy... like I have time to read the damn fine print and all. I hate that there are so many damn TAXES added to renting... and when asking about it they have no idea or just say its taxes. So yes... at this time, its OK to rent cause I think we have no other options here in Walla Walla and the prices are expensive to me and please have a credit card ready when renting something bigger then a full size a car. I checked out all the car rental spots in Walla Walla and surprisingly found Enterprise to be the cheapest - although I expected them to be cheaper, being in a small town. They're located downtown, but will be more than happy to pick you up from the airport and drop you off. And on-time as well. Very courteous people. They'll patiently answer your questions, give you a map, make suggestions for places to eat and what to do. I would definitely suggest them to my friends. read more

NOT AT THE AIRPORT! When I booked my car, the reservation says Walla Walla airport (ALW) as the pickup location. As it turns out, they are not at the airport, and the other folks at the airport said that this happens regularly. Why they are listed as an airport location I don't know, but it's very frustrating, especially when you land after they close for the evening! read more

I drove a car here from Tacoma recently and was concerned about checking it back in. My flight was leaving at six, and they would not be open yet. The staff assured me it would be ok to leave the car at the airport in short term parking and that they would pick it up later that day. I had to pay a $22 retrieval fee, but it was worth it. Granted, this was a spur of the moment rental, I still expected to show up and drive what I reserved on line, which was a Volkswagen Jetta or like vehicle. My dad recently passed. Flew into Pasco. Needed to rent a car. The 2 guys at Enterprise took fantastic care of me. I was very pleased with the service. The car ended up being dropped off in Pasco. I very nice young lady called to see if we left sunglasses in the car. Although not mine I really appreciated her taking the time to confirm with previous renters of the car. I love Enterprise. Great staff at all the locations I have used. My first choice.I regret not getting the 2nd guys name, he rented to me when and I arrived. He and Kyle assisted with the return. Worst rental car experience ever I've rented from all the major players, probably a hundred times or more, and it's mostly the same. But not this time, not with the Enterprise in Walla Walla. Turned out to be the worst rent-a-car experience I've ever had. Prior to my flight to Walla Walla, I made a phone reservation by calling them directly and spoke with Heather. I reserved a full size sedan and she indicated that there would be someone at the airport to pick me up when my flight arrived. Upon arrival, nobody was to be seen. I called the office and was reassured someone would be arriving. 35 minutes late I see a guy stroll in with a clipboard and it turns out to be the guy picking me and my girlfriend up. He escorts us to the truck he drove in on the curb. We get in and squeeze into this Toyota pickup. Then he asks us to wait because there may be another party to pick up. It turns out there is another large woman and her son that he is also giving a ride back. My poor girlfriend was smashed with another large woman and her teenage son in the backseat (if you call it a seat) of a small pickup. This was absurd. We finally arrive to the rental car office and it turns out, they made me fill out a job reference sheet with references because I only had a Debit card (I left my credit card behind by mistake). I usually use a debit card anyway without any problem with other agencies like Hertz, Alamo, Budget without any problem at all. So these jokers are making me go through all this headache, but I play along. (I've rented with Enterprise at least 20 times, but there was no way for them to look that up - go figure). After a background check, DNA check and fingerprinting (joking on the last two) I am told that there are no sedans, but I can have the pickup truck if I want. WHAT?? I needed the sedan as I was to be driving around another couple. I was so furious I could hardly stand it. I asked the guy behind the counter to have the manager call me. He at least gave us a ride to our hotel (4 blocks away). An hour later, the manager called me (Heather) and had the guts to tell me that I didn't specific a sedan, I only specified the "large size" rate. (This makes no sense, what good would it be to specify a rate without first describing WHAT I wanted?). She went into a robotic "I apologize, but..." over and over again. She was not sorry at all, and nothing was going to happen. I got a ride back to the airport and rented from Budget - got exactly what I wanted without any problem. I'll never rent again from the Walla Walla enterprise branch. Rude, apathetic personnel, and poorly run. The other enterprise branches are far better (eg, "what you would expect"). read more

Enterprise is the cheapest car rental in Walla Walla. They are not located at the airport but meet your flight and drive you to rental office. People were very friendly and the car was as promised. WARNING if departing when they are closed Sunday. They said I could just leave the car at the airport (usually you drop it at their rental location if they are open). They said to leave the key in the car so I left key in glove compartment...and locked the car (an unopened car with the keys in it for 24 hours did not seem like a good idea). Today they called to ask where the keys were and I said in glove compartment. Well, it turns out they do not have an extra key so I was suppose to leave it unlocked! I was informed there will be a $35 charge for recovering key (I said I have AAA but they said other people had tried that and failed which told me this is not an irregular event for Sunday drop offs at the airport). As this is the case they should really emphasize not locking the car or, better ye,t have customers drop key in a box in airport (but that apparently would cost them a fee so customer gets charged when instructions are not clear instead). That said, I would rather lock the car than have it stolen - who would pay for that I wondered! read more
