    Great customer service experience! We needed a rental while our car was evaluated after a deer ran into us! Before heading to this location I called to check availability, the gentleman on the phone let me know they'd have a car for me around 1pm. I arrived around the given time, the car was getting a wash. While I waited I let the gentlemen in the office know I needed to run home to pick up my husband. They said they'd be ready when I returned. I live very close. When I returned they had the car pulled up and ready for me to inspect before accepting. We kept the car for a few days, the car was set to be returned on Thanksgiving day. They were closed and our insurance company was also closed. I just knew I'd have to pay extra for this oversight. When I went to return the car the next morning the man that helped me was very professional and patient. I really appreciate that. He let me know he'd take care of the additional fee for three day they were closed. He did let me know there is a drop box where I could return the keys if they are closed on my return date next time. Great team work. Both days I went into this location the employees seemed to enjoy working together. I saw them getting customers in and out. Kudos to them.

    I would gladly give zero stars to this company because they've earned it!!!! First, I showed up a few minutes early, and when I entered the building, there were at least 3-4 people ahead of me, and only 1 guy working the counter. It took them 45 minutes to get my vehicle, which had been scheduled for pickup earlier in the week. Not only that, 2 guys came in after me and were seen and had their vehicles before I had mine. Second, my wife lost the back cap of the passenger side mirror as she was leaving work. She didn't realize it till the following day. When she went back to look for it, she only found part of it. I contacted my insurance, and they said get with Enterprise. They usually have replacement parts for stuff like this, or they'll consider this a non-issue since you didn't hit anything. Well, I drove it in. They looked at it and said, "we have to file a claim for it!" I asked why since we clearly didn't hit anything!!!! The lady behind the counter immediately went in and put it in the system, then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, to which I said yes. The manager came out, looked at it, and agreed that there would have to be a claim. My deductible is $500, to which I said, " I can buy this part off Amazon for $40 (actually $35 for both mirror caps), but yall wanna make me pay $500. He said, "Well, with the leg work to find the part, then to paint it and labor, it'll be close to that." THAT WAS HIS ANSWER. He also said, " Look, if you bring it back with a cap on and it looks the same, there won't be any issues. So, I ordered the mirror cap and had a guy paint it for $200 bucks (matched perfectly), put it back on and when I returned it, the same lady behind the counter asked, " did you get a cap put on?" To which I replied, yup. She asked the manager if he wanted to come see it, and he did and said it matched perfectly. I would gladly take my business elsewhere, but my insurance does business through them. With that being said, if you have a choice, don't choose this location! Go elsewhere!!!

    Had reservation for 11 am. Called to confirm two days ago. It's 11 40 am....having to bring it from another location, now cleaning it.

Completed the online reservation including CC payment to secure a confirmed reservation No.1808399862003 fora 3-day rental (4/26 to 4/28). I showed up before 8:00 AM, the opening time, to not waste time on the registration process; the store attendant was not only late to open, but before doing that, spent ten minutes talking to someone in the parking lot, despite of seeing me waiting at the front door. WHAT IS THE STORY, FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO ASK FOR THE TRUCK AFTER SHOWING THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO TRUCK AVAILABLE, NONE! NO FURTHER EXPLANATION OR AN OFFER TO HELP TO FIND A SOLUTION! Anyone who is thinking about using this location (it's a privately owned dealer) l would strongly recommend that you think it twice, had l known how bad it is, or had l read google reviews, it would have saved me all the aggravations and loss of money (hired helpers, etc.)
