As the latest reviews have stated, do not rent from this location. It honestly deserves zero reviews. Marcel Guzman has also caused more harm than good. He input my return date 3 full days later than I actually returned it. This caused many issues for me because Enterprise put me on their "Do Not Rent" list. I called the Enterprise for assistance and the manager hung up on me after he tried to turn the issue around and say it was my fault for using the box. Great customer service experience! We needed a rental while our car was evaluated after a deer ran into us! Before heading to this location I called to check availability, the gentleman on the phone let me know they'd have a car for me around 1pm. I arrived around the given time, the car was getting a wash. While I waited I let the gentlemen in the office know I needed to run home to pick up my husband. They said they'd be ready when I returned. I live very close. When I returned they had the car pulled up and ready for me to inspect before accepting. We kept the car for a few days, the car was set to be returned on Thanksgiving day. They were closed and our insurance company was also closed. I just knew I'd have to pay extra for this oversight. When I went to return the car the next morning the man that helped me was very professional and patient. I really appreciate that. He let me know he'd take care of the additional fee for three day they were closed. He did let me know there is a drop box where I could return the keys if they are closed on my return date next time. Great team work. Both days I went into this location the employees seemed to enjoy working together. I saw them getting customers in and out. Kudos to them. read more

I would gladly give zero stars to this company because they've earned it!!!! First, I showed up a few minutes early, and when I entered the building, there were at least 3-4 people ahead of me, and only 1 guy working the counter. It took them 45 minutes to get my vehicle, which had been scheduled for pickup earlier in the week. Not only that, 2 guys came in after me and were seen and had their vehicles before I had mine. Second, my wife lost the back cap of the passenger side mirror as she was leaving work. She didn't realize it till the following day. When she went back to look for it, she only found part of it. I contacted my insurance, and they said get with Enterprise. They usually have replacement parts for stuff like this, or they'll consider this a non-issue since you didn't hit anything. Well, I drove it in. They looked at it and said, "we have to file a claim for it!" I asked why since we clearly didn't hit anything!!!! The lady behind the counter immediately went in and put it in the system, then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, to which I said yes. The manager came out, looked at it, and agreed that there would have to be a claim. My deductible is $500, to which I said, " I can buy this part off Amazon for $40 (actually $35 for both mirror caps), but yall wanna make me pay $500. He said, "Well, with the leg work to find the part, then to paint it and labor, it'll be close to that." THAT WAS HIS ANSWER. He also said, " Look, if you bring it back with a cap on and it looks the same, there won't be any issues. So, I ordered the mirror cap and had a guy paint it for $200 bucks (matched perfectly), put it back on and when I returned it, the same lady behind the counter asked, " did you get a cap put on?" To which I replied, yup. She asked the manager if he wanted to come see it, and he did and said it matched perfectly. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. I selected a time to pick up a rental car for a business trip for a Sunday at 1200. I arrived at 1202 and was told I missed my appointment and could not rent a vehicle because the system shut down at noon. An employee came out and pretty much said I was 2 mins late and their was nothing they could do. Never again Enterprise. I travel a lot for work and I will NEVER use this company. read more

Be very careful and check all receipts! Rented from this location, and after returning the vehicle I was hit with a $40.00 Toll ticket 30 days after the fact. The craziest thing about this, is that I currently reside in White Plaines and had never driven in the area of question (NY & Bmore). I called to file a complaint, but was asked to confirm on "TollPassgo.com," before anything could be done! So on with my complaint with Enterprise and the Highway Toll Administration as well. From here it was my word over theirs. I can deal with a lot of things, but questioning my integrity sets me off. Forced to file with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I submitted a complaint which did the trick! It took some work, but a copy of my time sheet and a snap-shot from my Ring Door Camera confirming my whereabouts (and time stamp) proving what they attempted to deny from the beginning. Wouldn't you know it, after getting BBB involved, they had the nerve to email me stating they "found no discrepancies, but would refund my account within the next few days! This has been a strenuous situation. However, self-determination wouldn't allow such a sneaky deceitfully scheme to continue. Yes, we're all human and will make mistakes, but I believe there's some normalcy here on their part. Now, I'm airing the dirt laundry for all to see! read more

The service was great. The shuttle drivers were very nice. I'm only docking a star because it took 50 minutes for the shuttle (but I'm not sure that's entirely their fault - it could definitely be Waldorf Honda's and I wouldn't put it past them), and also because the car smelt like the previous driver smoked in it. The car was a nonsmoking car too... And there was a cigarette burn on the drivers seat and food in between the chairs. We only needed the car for a few hours, so I'm thankful it wasn't longer because I'm not sure I'd be able to tolerate the smell. They also seem to be pretty busy. At least busier than most non-airport rental companies. Oh and there is a clipboard you must sign on to upon entering! read more

Had reservation for 11 am. Called to confirm two days ago. It's 11 40 am....having to bring it from another location, now cleaning it.

Not only did the Enterprise in another location(Deep Creek, MD) having us waiting, for 10min outside in the freezing 9 degree weather and not let us wait inside, while he checked someone else out. Mind you, no one was inside the store. During this awful pandemic!!! If it was store policy then say so, don't make me like you just didn't want us to wait inside He didn't even mention the $5.99 a day for xm radio day 2 days before when he confirmed and charged $50 more on top of the over charged rental. When I returned the rental to Waldorf, the lack of customer service was remarkable! He asked if I was given perfect service. I told him no and explained what had happened about the customer service prior and how I was told about the xm till the time of charging my card. He apologized and I asked if he could take the xm of the invoice. He staid he could only do 2 of the 4 days off. Smh! Whatever, but after all this, the agent went to review for rental. The agent decided to talk to another person for 10-15 minutes while I was waiting to leave and get my receipt. My brother was waiting for me in the parking watching chit chat to someone else! I had to physically ask him to finish with me so I could go! Even after I made two complaints to the corporate office and was told I would hear from the regional manager today. NOTHING! I will never rent from Enterprise AGAIN! This was the worst experience EVER!!! I will advice to everyone I know never to rent from Enterprise as well!!! read more

Extremely slow. 5 counters and no line but now into my 20th minute waiting for service after someone is taken ahead of me. I have been told 5 times I'll be with you shortly. I normally go to the enterprise on old Washington rd and only came here because my ride from the shop only comes here. It is sad, 4pm and its like I came on their lunch break or something. Update: The staff was apologetic of my wait and let me know there was some miscommunication between them. Afterwards everyone was helpful got me into a car with no issues. I wanted to update because they thought that I had already been helped so my long wait wasn't typical of day to day service. No one was rude, in fact they were really nice and then went extra to make sure I left satisfied. Upgraded from 1 to 3, clean car would have gotten 4. read more

This branch ruined my family's vacation. I booked my reservation on May 18 for a standard suv. May 19 I called to change the size to a large suv. I made the reservation for June 19 and called two weeks later to change it to June 18 so we can have everything packed we would just wake up and leave. Everything was fine at the point. Me and my family was planning a trip to Hershey Park on June 19. It was 6 adults and one toddler going. I booked my tickets and reserved an Airbnb stay. I paid over 1,500 for everything , for us to really enjoy ourselves. I was also dropping my car of to get serviced at Chrysler. In May my brakes started squeaking and my steering wheel was shaking a little so I said I would "kill two birds with one stone". Rather then getting two rentals, I just planned everything at the same time. I've did the same thing three months prior with no problem. They quoted me a price of $185 because my car was going to the dealership. Two days prior to my pick up I called this branch to confirm my reservation and size. On the day of pick up I called at 9am to find out if I needed to change my pick up time because I wouldn't be back to MD until 4pm on the drop of date and they told me yes to come in at 4:45( my original time was 9am). I asked the employee what vehicle they had for me and they said a man was returning a Tahoe shortly. My original pick up time was 9 am and they didn't even have a vehicle there for me. Thank God I planned to pick up a day before travel. So same day I get there at 4:45 and I see no large SUV's but I see a Toyota 4Runner that I had in April and I know that's a standard suv. When I walked up to the counter the manager Rashawn did my rental agreement. The first think he said was I need you RO ticket. I said what it that. He said that's the ticket from the dealership so I can get the discount. Mind you I just did this in April where there picked me up and dropped me of and never asked for anything and 8 months before that my car was at Chrysler and they never asked for that. I told him I didn't have it that I'm dropping my car right when I leave enterprise. I didn't want to wait for a shuttle with my baby and her car set so my fiancé was going to drive my car over to Chrysler after I got my rental. Rashawn said I can't do the dealership price until I dropped my car off and then he proceeded to tell me he only has a standard suv. That's when I lost it. I knew how many people I had coming and I knew it wasn't going to work. I told him how could he mess up my reservation, that his employee just told me a Tahoe was being returned and that I booked a month again. He then proceeded to tell me I booked for a standard over and over. I knew he was lying because he is the one who answered and booked me for a large SUV when I called back May 19 to change the size and said that I did change it on May 19 so I was like what the hell. He just lied and then told on himself in from of my face. I was so upset. All that money I put into my family's trip. All he could say it ok so do you want the 4Runner. I gave him some unpleasant words and paid full price for the 4Runner. I had customer service on the phone and the agent heard everything. When I met the employee to get the suv I told her why did she tell me that my large suv would be there, she said they gave it to someone else and the agent heard everything. They gave my large suv to someone else and didn't give a damn about my family. A month ago I specifically told them my car was going in the shop and that I was going on a family trip at the same time. Thank God I didn't drop my car off. So I paid full price and my fiancé had to drive my vehicle and I drove the rental so everyone could fit. My car wasn't even serviced or checked. What was I going to do not go. I also had to pay for another day of the rental and Airbnb stay because we got to Hershey late. My rental went from $185, to over $400, to over $600. I knew I should have never went back to this branch. They tried to steal my one year old daughters tablet that I let in the suv in April and I had to call customer service because they said it wasn't in there and I know I let it in there. Miraculously after I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor the branch called my job and said they had her tablet. When I picked up the tablet they didn't even say shit, just had a dumb look on their faces. I'm still waiting for customer service to contact me back, it's been a week. I don't care how far up the chain I have to go , something needs to happen. read more

I've rented cars from many other Enterprise locations in the past but this was my first time renting from here. My review is solely for the customer service provided, the SUV was perfect too. However, it is important to give kudos when you see it fit. James P. was awesome, friendly, professional and upgraded our vehicle without extra charges. I expressed my personal concerns with the Nissan Altima which would've been the rental initially nothing wrong on their end. James immediately moved on to the SUV areas and said "not a problem at all, if this works for you, then its yours". Working in the customer service industry is not for everyone and he and the others working the busy counter on a Friday morning, did not appear flustered, they smiled and acknowledged every customer. I have to say this location is one of the very few that have provided us with great service. Kudos to them! read more

I needed a rental while car repairs are being made. I got a good weekly rate. The customer service at this location is stellar. I was greeted immediately. I felt I was treated like my business there mattered. The process was explained thoroughly through each step. The check in process when I was returning the car we smooth and rapid. My total experience was AWFUL!!!!! To start there was a recall on my Ford Edge so arrangements were made ahead of time and as soon as I left the Ford Dealership with my paperwork Enterprise called me right away and said they were ready for me with several chose that will fix my same size truck... Waldorf Ford is less the 1/2 mile from Waldorf Enterprise and of course it was a problem finding me a car/small SUV and dealing with the rude customers services and was told by another that I had to deal with him because "I will treat you the same way". To save me blowing my top and just try to finish the transaction as quick as possible I dealt with him. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORSE... I did fill out a survey with in the first week of this experiences but I didn't receive a call until 5 weeks in my rental and spoke to a manager by the name of Mike and he said he would call me back the following Monday regarding switching vehicles. But of course I didn't get a call back and my truck was fix within of week of this call. When returning the vehicle I was check out by a nice lady that wasn't there before and she spoke to me about my issue but I was in a hurry and told her she can feel free to call me and I will do another survey. If Waldorf Ford wasn't paying for this rental I would have went to Hertz.... Half the price and much better customer services. Cynthia read more

I have used this particular Enterprise several times because it is near my car dealership. The staff is friendly but inefficient. My most recent experience included my calling several days ahead to reserve a car, then arriving and learning that they had no standard car reserved for me. After I waited an inordinate amount of time, they found a huge SUV for me. After quoting me a "special" rate for the SUV -- which was slightly more than for a standard rental car -- they ultimately charged me more than twice what I had expected to pay. It seems that they become less efficient each time I use them. I am evaluating my alternatives. read more

I still have not heard anything from corporate. Quite clearly they really do not care about their customer service. They is no chance ever that I will rent from Enterprise again. I've rented from this location a few times and I'm usually pretty pleased. They've always have good customer service and a decent amount of rental cars available. This location have always provided me with a clean car (washed & vacuumed) as well. I recently rented a vehicle over Memorial Day weekend and again, they provided good customer service. The wait time was a little longer than usual, but given it was a holiday it was understandable. I definitely prefer to rent from this location versus other locations. read more

From not having a car ready, to not having the requested rental on site which they new about the previous day but called us only three minutes before our appt time to tell us it would take a few hours to get it, to making us wait for 30 minutes for the car to get cleaned when they already made us an hour late (they said there was no car available but they just wanted it cleaned first), flat out lying to us trying to blame another store, one thing after another. Just go to the LaPlata store, they will get you taken care of. read more

This location had fast and friendly service. I arrived at 5:30, signed in, on a Monday to a jam packed location (standing room only). I was out by 6 pm. They had plenty of employees working and plenty of vehicles available especially after a blizzard. Not to mention the price was right. As a VIP PLUS customer of over 10 years I was surprised and pleased at how fast I got in and out. It was definitely worth the travel time to this location and I live 1/2 mile from a different enterprise. I would definitely use this branch again. Very professional on multiple levels. read more

In their case, competition is good for us. I've used this location a few times and I've never spent more than 10 minutes in the building from walking in to walking out. I have been coming to this location for a few years now. Overall the people are nice and the service is decent. That said, it is unorganized when there is high volume and you see stuff where, if you ever managed a staff, is annoying. They will have people they are helping, but others just sitting behind the desk doing other random things when there are customers waiting to get out the door. When you have a lot of customers, it should be all hands on deck: get the customer checked in, and into a car. Do the other paperwork when business dies down some. It leads to extremely long waits to get in and out of this place, where other locations I have been to handle this process far more efficiently. Case in point: right now I am sitting here and there are 4 people behind the desk doing other stuff, 4 customers who have been checked in and are waiting to be put in a car, and NOBODY allocated to check customers into the cars. Folks just sitting here; no contact from any of the staff to say how long it will be, or what the hell is so important that they can't tend to their existing customers. read more

Out of all rental car places I've seemed out, enterprise has been the best! Awesome customer service and they were able to help me despite that I am under the age 25 which can be difficult! I worked for enteprises fleet logistics for years when i was younger and this was my first time renting a car with them. Well it was also my last. The car was horrible, it had bad brakes, needed an alignment and wasnt even the class of car I reserved. How do you offer to reserve a class of car and then not have it when the customer shows up? Even worse they downgraded me to a lower class. Failed to mention a 200 deposit (which was double the amount of the rental) when i booked, which seems like something the customer should know before they get there. The employees where nice when you got to the counter but very disorganized, I waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged and they talked to two other people who arrived after me before even acknowledging me. When I told the employee my concerns he acted like he didnt even care. All this to say, I will never rent from enterprise again, manipulative business tactics and poor customer service. read more

Totally unorganized! I placed a reservation by phone, upon arrival they gave the vehicle I ordered to someone else. So they ended up putting me in another vehicle at a discounted rate. When returning the vehicle a week later, they greeted me and said please sign the sign-in sheet and wait your turn. Instead of checking the sign-in sheet for calling on the next customer, they used the technique of asking, "Who's next!" Why sign in? A few people weren't honest & tried jumping ahead of me. This situation could have totally been avoided if they had followed the order of their sign-in sheet. When finally being checked out, the lady that checked me out never once asked how did the vehicle drive or how was my experience. If she had, I would have mentioned how the vehicle was given to me dirty and without any windshield wiper fluid. While waiting for the Enterprise Rep to check the vehicle for final inspection, another customer came in & I over heard her saying to the Rep that she had returned her car several days earlier but for some reason Enterprise has charged her an extra 3 days in error. The Enterprise Rep said she remembered her returning the car as she had returned it herself. She gave her a refund but Instead of owning up to her mistake, she passed the buck and told the customer that "One of her coworkers must went into the computer on her day off and reactivated her account to charge her for more days for some reason." Really? This location is totally dropping the ball in all aspects from resevation, to check-in, to departure. read more
