Jasmin called to discuss my complaint on her, which was in itself inappropriate. Sending me back thru the beginning of my complaint process doesn't work either. Please send the complaint to upper management for a response. Customer service is only part of the job. Sanitizing your vehicles to keep people safe is also an important part. Why are posting the same generic response to everyone's post. Please show a more personal response to show that Enterprise cares about its customers. Very dissappinted.

Completed the online reservation including CC payment to secure a confirmed reservation No.1808399862003 fora 3-day rental (4/26 to 4/28). I showed up before 8:00 AM, the opening time, to not waste time on the registration process; the store attendant was not only late to open, but before doing that, spent ten minutes talking to someone in the parking lot, despite of seeing me waiting at the front door. WHAT IS THE STORY, FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO ASK FOR THE TRUCK AFTER SHOWING THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO TRUCK AVAILABLE, NONE! NO FURTHER EXPLANATION OR AN OFFER TO HELP TO FIND A SOLUTION! Anyone who is thinking about using this location (it's a privately owned dealer) l would strongly recommend that you think it twice, had l known how bad it is, or had l read google reviews, it would have saved me all the aggravations and loss of money (hired helpers, etc.)

When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by Ryan DyBouder, the Manager on duty, who immediately put me at ease about the whole situation. He worked with me to hash out the details, showed me the vehicles available, and patiently answered all my questions. Ryan even took the time to personally clean the vehicle I chose -- and he did it all in record time. What could have been a terrible experience was turned into a positive one thanks to Ryan's professionalism, kindness, and true understanding of customer service. He went above and beyond, and because of him, this is an experience I won't be forgetting anytime soon. Five stars all the way!
