Perfect crack in sight line

Just paid $650 for a week for a Chevy Tahoe, and that's at a corporate discount rate I get, and they delivered a vehicle with a crack in the windshield right in the drivers view and when I called they said "well anything less than 6 inches we don't have to get repaired". They also took 40 minutes to bring the vehicle to me after I had actually made a reservation with them to meet me at the repair shop.

The ladies at this particular location handled .my last-minute reservation quickly and with a smile. They treated me fairly and kind! I was treated like I was less than human from the short squat self-proclaimed male at the 5105 capital boulevard location and ultimately choose to tell him he could shove the car where the sun font shine. These ladies were on top of their game and was able to put me in a lively Nissan Altima. Go to this location if you need a car. No disappointments there.

I rented a vehicle from the Wake Forest Enterprise location after my vehicle was hit by another…read moredriver. I arrived with all necessary information for Enterprise to bill the other driver's insurance directly. I was told a credit card was required to be on file, which was fine, but I clearly reiterated multiple times that the insurance company was to be billed and my card should not be charged. I received multiple verbal confirmations that they would bill the insurance and my card would not be charged. Despite those assurances, my credit card was charged... I called the location to address the issue and was told that they would bill the insurance company moving forward using the information they already had. When my vehicle repairs were completed, and I returned the car, I again confirmed everything was handled and was explicitly told that it was. More than six months later, I received a notice stating that I owed over a grand and received an invoice that was grossly incorrect. It failed to properly account for the charges already made to my credit card, included refunds that were never issued, and reflected Enterprise's continued failure to bill the insurance company as they were supposed to from the start. Now I'm stuck in the middle, wasting my time going back and forth between Enterprise and the insurance company to fix problems that never should have existed if not for this location's failure to do the most elementary parts of their job, lack of follow-through, and basic administrative competence. There are multiple other rental agencies in the area, do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else. Dealing with the incompetent buffoons running this location simply isn't worth the headache.

They billed my insurance company for 13 days rather than the 9 days I had the rental, which is…read morefraud. I have used this Enterprise Rent-A-Car twice now when my car was at the body shop. The first time I used them, I was given a rental of a comparable level to my car, so I assumed that would be the same this time, but it wasn't. Not only that, I was given a dirty car. She claimed the marks were from snow. Snow is water, and this was salt, as they did not wash it properly. The salt stains would have come off if it had gone through a car wash. The tire rims were rusting as the salt was not properly removed from the vehicle that came from the north. The seats and windows were dirty too. It is disappointing that there are no standards to keep anymore at this Enterprise. Usually, rentals I have had in the past came with a full tank of gas, and this was at a quarter of a tank. There was an issue with the billing, too. It was not set up to go through the insurance, and they had me as self-pay. I think that is why I got the worst car on the lot. She even commented on that she would have brought a better car otherwise. I'm not sure who was at fault for the billing issue, but I got it corrected. Why didn't they just call and ask what type of vehicle would meet my needs during the repairs? The Lois Lane Customer Service is nonexistent. I did request another car, but I never heard back from them, even though I was told I'd hear back within regular business hours. Thankfully, my car was ready 4 days early, and I was glad to get my vehicle back and get rid of the rental. If I need another rental, I will see what other options are available with other rental companies. The problem seems to be just this Enterprise location.

This service center helped us resolve a significant engine malfunction with our 16-year-old car…read more While I recommend them for technical competence and professionalism, they are wildly expensive. After a timing chain misdiagnosis from another garage--and an insane repair estimate of over $6,000 for timing chain, plugs, and ignition coils--I started calling around and one place recommended a specific mechanic at Christian Brothers who specializes in Infiniti vehicles. I had it towed here, and the mechanic correctly diagnosed the issue as a failed ignition coil--not a timing chain. That correct diagnosis saved me literally thousands. While Christian Brothers Auto. was my "hero" in this instance, it was definitely a "high-cost hero." This place is wildly expensive and arguably overpriced compared to most independent shops. It is my understanding most garages mark parts up about 100% over retail (e.g., a $16 spark plug bills for $32). Everything here was well over 100%, in some cases closer to 400% (e.g., charge $425 for a $115 Hitachi ignition coil, spark plugs over $50 each). I asked for an adjustment on the pricing, and they refused. Also, while many garages will give credit for a diagnostic fee (already higher than most at $199) toward the cost of repairs, Christian Brothers will not. In summary, while I was ecstatic about their correct diagnosis, I was less than enthused about their gold-plated pricing for the work they performed. I strongly recommend Christian Brothers if you have a hard-to-identify issue (at least on an Infiniti), but I would avoid for most routine maintenance, as they are far too expensive.

The first time I went for maintenance service I loved how transparent they are, took the time to explain things, sent photos so I could see what they were doing. I recently had bad news about my car and they went above and beyond to get me information on how to address it with a warranty I didn't know was still valid. TBH, I might never have found out except that the guy decided to look it up and figure it out--All for something someone else will be making money off of.

The mechanic listened, asked good follow-up questions, made sure he understood the problem before drawing any conclusions, and then diagnosed it cleanly. The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. I ended up needing more work done and while it was expensive as cars are it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Gia the manager was also just pleasant to talk to and very communicative overall. She even offered to let me come around the desk to type in my credit card number for privacy which I felt was a thoughtful gesture. Overall my experience was great and my car feels better!
