I've still only heard from Corporate Customer Service via email and I'm still not certain why it took four days to close out the rental agreement so I'll up it 1 star for my mistake. *** UPDATE 7/31 5:45AM Good news - the bigger charges ($68 & up) have currently dropped but I've been charged $43.95 for roadside assistance that I didn't authorize AND that was put on the car on the 29th. I realllllly need the ability to give 0 stars because, if any review deserves that (or negative #s), it's this one: Rented a car on the 20th through the dealership. Returned it on 7/24 to the dealership and they confirmed that it was returned on the 24th. Started getting charges on Monday (so far I'm up to about $350 and had to shut my card off so they'd quit charging). I called Corporate Customer Service on the 29th and was told that the reason I was still being charged is because the car hadn't been returned yet and that they were going to email the rental location to let them know to stop the rental since I'd turned the car in on the 24th. Later that day, another charge so I called again and was told they'd "escalate" the issue but that might take 48-72 hours to get an answer. They asked for my email address so the escalation team could contact me so I gave it (again, because I'd already given it to the person who told me they'd tell the location to close out the rental agreement). This morning I get an invoice to a TOTALLY different email address (one that I had not provided so they're really lucky all my personal info went to an email address I owned) and now I owe $50 so I call Hertz Corporate . . . again . . .and I'm told that I'm now being charged $50 (on top of the other stuff) for "roadside assistance" that I didn't sign for and didn't use. I asked when this roadside assistance (X2) was put on my agreement and was told "the 29th" by "the counter". I asked how that could be when the car had been returned by me on the 24th and was told that the car was returned to the rental location on the 29th. So I'd really like an explanation as to why the car that I returned to the dealership on the 24th that they confirmed was returned to the rental location on the same day was marked "returned" in the Hertz system on the 29th with two NEW charges for something I didn't add and didn't use.

I spoke with Deon and he sent over "Miranda " it was great seeing Abbie again, as she assisted me on my 2nd rental. I only needed to rent for 1 day. I returned the car on Saturday July 18th I seen that they were busy, however " Deon, Branch manager "stepped in and offered to give a courtesy ride back home as I just live less then 3 mins away. Unprofessional Customer Service…read more I booked a luxury vehicle through Priceline at this Enterprise location and paid for an Uber to get there, only to be told upon arrival that they had absolutely NO luxury vehicles available. Instead, I was offered a Toyota Camry or Jeep Wrangler. Neither was remotely comparable to the vehicle class I specifically reserved. The employee, John, claimed they had called to notify me. After checking my call history, I discovered ONE missed call while I was already on my way, with absolutely NO voicemail left. I receive spam calls regularly, so a simple voicemail would have saved me the wasted trip, time, and money. What really made this experience unacceptable was how I was treated afterward. Since Enterprise couldn't honor my reservation, I asked if they could at least provide transportation back. John informed me that his area manager REFUSED because I would be considered a "liability." So let me get this straight: Enterprise can accept a reservation for a vehicle they don't have, fail to properly notify the customer, waste their time and money, and then leave them stranded with absolutely no assistance? To make matters worse, John was incredibly dismissive, rude, and inconsiderate throughout the entire interaction. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to make things right. I understand that vehicle availability can change, but the way a business handles those situations says everything about its customer service. If you're considering renting from this location, BEWARE. A confirmed reservation apparently does not mean your vehicle will actually be available. You could end up wasting money on transportation just to be turned away and left to figure things out yourself. Extremely disappointed. I expected much better from Enterprise, especially when reserving a luxury vehicle. After my experience, I also came across other customer reviews alleging racial discrimination at this location, which makes the way I was treated even more concerning. I cannot speak to the experiences of those customers or definitively say what motivated my treatment, but the repeated allegations deserve serious attention from Enterprise corporate management. No customer should feel disrespected, dismissed, or unwelcome when simply trying to pick up a vehicle they reserved.

I have rented from this place 5 times and 4 out of the 5 cars they gave me have been very dirty…read more The folks there just spray water with a pressure washer with no soap or scrubbing; hence, you can see all the grime and dirt. They do offer to clean it again but there is no care, they just spray water so, for those 4 times I have ended cleaning the car myself. Another thing, given they just spray water, the water drys on the car leaving the stains....and the tires and wheels, no care at all. On 2 occasions I have stopped at Walmart to buy wheel and tire shine products. You may say why keep going there, well it's for convenience; I live up the road from there.
