A whole ass scam! Zero stars!!! As I took photos of the damages before leaving the lot the employee tells me "that's not necessary, we have all that documented" I continued to take my photos. 3days after I drop off the vehicle I get a text message asking what happened to the grill? Nothing happened to the grill, then the employee proceeds to send me photos of the grill. Perfect photos I already have of the cracked piece in the grill. I didn't respond to the employee after. Now a month later they're claiming $2500 worth of damages?! Funny all the photos they sent to the claims I have from my pick up date before it left your lot! This company is a whole scam!! We found our Truck dead late this morning and immediately scheduled to pickup a mid size SUV at 1:00 PM. We booked the rental through the app and we were confirmed for pickup at 1:00 PM. We called to tell the store that we were on our way on a message, because they did not pick-up the call, during working hours. We informed them we would be there in a few minutes, that we could see the Enterprise office and were at a red light. We arrived at 1:03 and an employee driving a red car shook his head as no., as he left the parking lot passing us. The other on a blue car left right behind. No one remained behind to honor our confirmed reservation. Seriously, why would the app let you book a car and pickup at 1:00 PM, when employees will not be there to honor it. So now we have no vehicle for the weekend. We have to Uber around town. Our plans to take our daughter to Universal tomorrow for her birthday are cancelled. What would you do with employees like these? Their selfishness to get their weekend started, trumping the customer's reservation, leaves me speechless. I call for their dismissal. They clearly don't care about the company's revenue, the customers, or their job. They ignored the confirmed reservation, ignored the call, and ignored us, the customers, whom arrived before they left. Intentional dereliction of duty. read more

The Assistant Manager, Danielle, was absolutely rude. When I was getting the car for inspection she had an attitude about me notating dings and damages on the car prior to me leaving the lot. When I did my video walk through to point out issues she would talk over me. When I called immediately about it smelling like cigarettes in the car and wanting to switch vehicles she stated it was impossible to be smelling the air freshener scent that I was smelling to cover up the smoke. When I asked for a different vehicle she got an attitude and hung up on me. I called back and let them know I would be taking the rental car back to a different location for better service. Would not suggest this location. EDIT/UPDATE 10.21- George, the branch manager, was very courteous and professional in handling my concerns about the rental car from start to finish. He was patient, polite and professional in working with my personality. I have changed my review specifically because of how helpful he was. read more

Terrible experience didn't even get my grandmother her rental car that was set up in advanced by her geico agent handling the hit n run that she was in a week ago so now she is stranded till the dealership fixes her car. I waited about 20 mins just to have one of the "funny" guy in there whom was cracking jokes and not very helpful they won't allow me to pay for my grandmother and then started to spit out some corporate policy garbage, so if it's there policy to not only Crack jokes at there customers and not be helpful when dealing with a 80 yr old customer. These guys working here are absolutely terrible won't go an extra inch to even try to help and do the right thing instead of the corporate hogwash. I will be contacting the corporate office. read more

I've only had one other car rental experience in my life that was as positive as this (and that was on the other side of the world after I'd missed a flight). I had a horrible experience with enterprise I have been up there 2 times previous to picking up my car asked for a car and told them my age. The day I go pickup my car as I am leaving town they tell me they cannot help me and give me the vehicle and left me without a vehicle for my trip. The manager was also very rude. read more

The car I had picked up for a planned two-week vacation was not my first choice, but they did not have the exact car I wanted. The next day I got a call from Adriana, I believe it is spelled, who told me the car I wanted had been turned in and I could exchange for it, which I did very quickly and easily. Then the next day an occurrence took place that made the whole trip impossible. I went back and Carmelo took care of the problem very quickly and efficiently and also very pleasantly. I have rented from this location before, always with good results, and will continue to do so in the future. Wow!!!! We first went to Hertz in Sebring because I am a Hertz Gold member, but it was a horrific experience bc the manager at Hertz gave away our reservation and originally would not honor my wife's Corporate discount. We left there totally annoyed and went to Enterprise instead. Talk about a total contrast of customer service approach. Mike the manager was amazing and totally hooked us up. They had a lot of new clean cars to choose from and Mike was so helpful and nice to our family. For anyone who reads this review, I suggest you never step foot in that Hertz in Sebring unless you want to be overcharged and underwhelmed with bad servicing. I had a train to catch and was late and lost. I called ahead and the woman calmed me down and said just keep going you'll be ok. When I got to drop off the car the woman processed my rental and drove me to the station making the train by 4 minutes. I wish I new her name to thank her for being so kind.
