Agent checked me in quickly (I had booked my car using Citi Thankyou points) and I think he upgraded the car. It was smooth process, no hard selling upgrades or insurance etc. We were out of there in 30 minutes. I am going back again end of April that's how much I liked this place. Also they let you drop off car at MCO airport WITHOUT one way drop off fee. For Cruise passengers this is a great feature.

I have been a loyal customer with enterprise for many years and I have never felt robbed like I do…read morenow. I rented a Kia car for 30 days last September. Once I maxed those 30 days I was told I had to close that rental out return the car and start the prices again. So I did just that. I returned the car spic and span paid my fees and gave another 300 deposit to rent a Toyota rav 4 for 1 week. After that week was up I returned the car after hours and dropped the keys in the box. This was my biggest mistake. I assumed my deposit would be in my bank account the next day from previous experience with Enterprise. But here we are March of 2026 and I still have not received my deposit back. The manager Danya said she called multiple times and they said they sent me check (odd because its usually digital). I requested that check be canceled and another sent and she said she did this. Still no check . So I call weeks after and she said she now requested the check to be sent to her office for me to pick up. No call back. So I call the customer service myself and they are telling me I'm not owed a deposit as it was put towards my past rental. FALSE i paid for that rental separate and the deposit was put onto the next car as my invoices show. So which is it?? I was sent my deposit via check or I'm not owed a deposit at all? The second rep says if I am owed a deposit the manger could easily send my money herself and not have to get accounting included. What's the truth?!! Because my bank doesn't lie. I am owed $300 for 5 months from a multi billion dollar company!!!! I followed the rules I took good care of the cars and I want my money !!
