About an hour later I received a call from James at NAPA, who assured me this was a gross oversight and apologized several times. He took full responsibility, although I don't believe it was his fault. He assured me they would take steps to fix the problem and offered to have my products delivered to me as a show of good faith. He actually HAND DELIVERED the parts himself, ensuring they got to me in a timely manner. A great associate like James is a true asset to any business and thanks to him NAPA made an angry customer happy, and one who will continue to be a repeat client.
