This company will rip you off at every turn. Don't ever rent from them. They will then charge you for gas even if you refilled the car

MCLEOD AUTO BODY @ KIRKLAND…read more I came in on Monday just to see if it was possible to replace my front grille with a different one. I had already purchased the grille myself, so all I needed was the labor for installation. As soon as I arrived, the front staff were incredibly friendly, and a technician came out to give me an estimate. He grabbed my VIN number, did some quick research, and walked me through the labor required for the service. The entire estimate process only took a few minutes. The original quote for replacing the grille was $270, and since I'm a student, I politely asked if there was any possibility of a student discount. He immediately knocked $40 off, bringing my total to about $230, which was amazing. He was very confident and clear about the work that would be done, and they even had availability within the next two days. I came back in on Wednesday, and the process took about three to four hours. I picked up my car a little later, and the new grille looks absolutely incredible. Overall, the staff were super friendly, and I loved how close the shop is to downtown Kirkland while still being tucked away in a quieter neighborhood. You definitely have to check this place out, it's an incredible spot. The team is welcoming, professional, and honestly, it feels like they can do just about anything here!

smooth and painless process from getting an estimate to being repaired…read more Was here to get a bumper replaced after being rear ended in standstill traffic. The shop communicated efficiently with the at-fault's insurance company, and Katie at the front desk is magnificent, always answering the phone in a timely manner if we had any questions or followups. Mark came out to address our concerns with the paint not matching upon pick-up day, and he took it back to fix with polite can-do's, which really put us at ease. He even offered to replace the black reflector piece that got scratched (possibly during installation), and we really appreciate that gesture too. Second attempt paint match was much better, and it's like-new! They give you a paint sample for DIY touch-ups if you ever need it. I can't say anything about their value because our insurance did not pay for it. Happy to recommend this shop to anyone because their attitude is excellent and makes them easy to work with.

While the novelty of driving an exotic car is exciting, the overall vibe was uncomfortable. The staff seemed far more passionate about selling "optional" coverages than the cars themselves, and the upselling pressure was intense. At pickup, I felt dismissed and pressured. I had called to confirm the final price would be the advertised rate plus tax and a full tank return--but when I arrived, I was pushed toward extra coverage options I hadn't been told about, with explanations that contradicted what I'd read online. The sales tactics included a room filled with framed photos of crashed exotic cars--intended to scare customers into buying add-ons like wheel protection, gap coverage, and "loss of use" fees. I declined all and recommend checking with your own insurance or credit card provider, as many already provide coverage. Both cars I rented had mechanical issues and cleanliness problems. One had a malfunctioning convertible top and non-working side mirrors; the other came with leftover food in the cabin. Documentation of damage felt rushed and incomplete, so I suggest taking your own photos and videos. Lastly when I got in and fired her up only had 1/8 tanks of gas. Had to ask about this and answer was they didn't have a corporate card to purchase gas with. Amazing Despite the high-end branding, the experience was disorganized and unnecessarily adversarial. It took away from what should've been a fun, memorable day.
